I went here to take advantage of the Veterans Day free haircut offer and was greeted by Nikkey, who did my haircut. She looked at the picture I was basing my style on, suggested a slight modification to give me the look I was going for, and did an excellent job. I told her she was hired to be my stylist. Finally, after 2 years and giving 3 other places a chance, I found what I was looking for.

Extremely upset with the attitude of the lady that cut my son’s hair. He just wanted a fade and she literally didn’t understand how to do it. Cut his hair but didn’t blend it until I went to tell her and then she said, “we got it, we got it”. Like I couldn’t comment on my own sons hair cut!!!Extremely disrespectful!!!I would not even have tipped her because of her attitude but there is no option not to tip when you check out daddy.Service: Haircut

Piss poor customer service. I checked in on the app at 2:10, 32 minute wait on a Sunday. Show up at 2:45 as the doors are being locked and am told I waited too long and they are not taking any more clients because they close at 3:00. I said it's not 3 and they said it didn't matter, they were closed now. As a client of this location since it opened 10(?) years ago, this is the absolute worse treatment I have ever received. I will revisit and discuss with the manager in the next few days.
