Sales staff was professional and was able to find the color code to match my Hardie Board siding. Also matched the trim color from a scrap from the trim coil. I could then match the garage siding to match the new Hardie Board house siding perfectly.

Don't know the full scope of S.W. products or how to direct to another location for service. Waited over a day for answers to call or anything. You'd think they would have a technical support team to call if they don't know the answer.

Amber was AMAZING! She answered all of my silly questions, and got me everything I needed to get my jobs done WITHOUT overselling me at all. She was extremely busy, but never missed a beat when it came to providing valuable and compassionate customer service to everyone in the store!

I went to Sherwin Williams to buy floor paint for my house. After applying the paint according to manufacturers specifications, I allowed it to dry for the recommended duration. However the paint never fully cured. It is soft and ant adhering to the floor well at all. I gave this paint a month to dry and it's still not fully cured. I attempted to return the remaining gallon of the paint to the store. I was not asking for more than simply what I paid for the paint. I was refused s return and the I would have to have someone come out and look at it to explain to me what I "did wrong". I have been flipping houses for 35 years, and have worked as a professional painter for a decade of those. it was clear to me that Sherwin Williams has no intention of returning my $300. I will need to due them in small claims and then they can cover the return, removal of the defective surface, and reapplication of new paint. Obviously customer service is not a priority with Sherwin Williams in Racine.

Excellent experience despite the fact that I have recently moved and are unfamiliar with the city and store locations.Curb-side pick-up has worked well.
