What happened here? Holy crap what a trash hole! This place used to be so clean and well kept up. I stopped I. Today absolutely no carts. Went back out to the cart carral. I get things can happen but I get inside the lines are miles long even the self checkouts were nuts. Staff wandering all over by the checkouts as slow as molasses when they should be running to hurry up and help these ppl waiting I mean shows some damn enthusiasm my Lord!!! Then some of the clothes is so inappropriate. This woman working had on the most tightest exposures pair of thin exercise pants and u could see everything on her body exposed thru!!! Ppl don't take pride in their looks anymore ?? How was this appropriate for this job? Another staff was at the register so slow u could see he just seemed to tired dodnt went to work period! Just being slow on purpose! His manager said speed it up these ppl are the paychecks to u and me! She was on a register too banging the items out to the ones just lazy as sin!!!! The place looked absolutely trashy and dirty!!! This store has gone down and same for the one off 4 mile!!! Where are all the good workig. Class pll! Theyre are ensign dominanted but lazy good for nothings. Terrible service, slows slowww slowwww everyone seemed high or intoxicated

Was on the receiving end of some very bad customer service in the deli this afternoon. A couple of ladies in the deli seemed put out of their way when I requested some help, that being in the form of slicing some cheese. I named the cheese according to the tag above it, mild provolone, and was quickly told, "what you Talkin bout, there is only one kind of provolone! So,you want provolone?" Then, I was giving the rolling eye treatment and one of her co workers mumbled to the employee helping me, he is just like my sister. I guess that meant I wanted some deli items sliced fresh. Neither one of these ladies appeared to be very happy, for what reason, I don't know. But, don't have an attitude with a paying customer. These two ladies ( use of term very lightly) only encouraged me to never shop at this store again.

I called in to see if they had helium the person I spoke to said “ if you pick up a balloon we will fill it” and they hung up so I went in they were out.

during my recent visit to the PnS in Mount Pleasant, WI i spent about 25 minutes moving about the store casually and with purpose, I came across 12 employees, three in which were members of management. only 2 employees actually engaged with smile and or greetings. I volunteered a few encounters with myself greeting them and yet no eye contact or even a smile. I gave all employees ample time to make sense of my presence. clearly! I was non-significant! I did not interrupt their day, I did not demand their attention away from their duties, and all saw me clearly. The cashier "Alison "greeted me very friendly, cheerful and indiscriminately, and a cart guy gave me the upper front of his hand which I think means "HOW" in early American folk lore. he did not smile. I did call the management. she stated that if I called the main number to advise it would only get back to her so it would not do me much good to call them in otherwards. She did speak to me in a professional manner and assured me that this would be addressed. I let her know that not only was I going to post this on yelp, but I also will share with my social group. as for me, I will probably not want to go there again if I can help it.

Almost all the employees are exceptionally nice and helpful, but I can only give two stars because the store employs one checker who quite unpleasant and has been for years. I do my level best to avoid her lane, but sometimes (as it was today) I could not stay out of her way because she took over for another checker. Self checkout is. It an option either as she frequents that area, too. Would it really be all that hard to be halfway pleasant and/or take that scowl off her face? Apparently so. I’d feel picked upon, but I have noted she’s the same with other customers and fellow employees. Otherwise the store is solidly good, convenient and (as mentioned before) almost all employees are excellent. As they say, one bad apple….

Today’s visit was great, Thank you Mr Deli man for saving two rotisserie chickens for me! Previous visits always out so I called a head to see if they had them he said 18 but I come 10 min later none. Customer service awesome ?

Do not recommend their pickup service and bad customer service. They do not notify you in advance if your order won't be ready in time. This wasn't the first time but decided to give it another try. Bad decision, Spoke with a so called manager Tim who assured me he would call me when the order was ready and never received a call! Will be taking my business elsewhere going forward...

I went to buy dinner one afternoon. I went through self check out. I paid and was walking out and all the sudden my basket locks. Then out of no where a white man came yelling DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. I didn't know he was even talking to me bc I was trying to fix my basket. Then I realized he was talking to me and I was like yes sir I do. The young man JULIAN that helped me in self check out told him "she just left from here". The white manager did not apologize or anything. He just said ok. So I'm still in shock, embarrassed and trying to get my basket to go. I believe he did that bc I am Mexican and he labeled me. If he was watching me he would have seen I scanned everything and paid for EVERYTHING. I am gonna look into getting a lawyer about this bc I believe this was a racist act. I cried when I went to the car as I was telling my husband. I was humiliated, embarrassed and I just couldn't believe it. I will never bring business to PICK N SAVE ever again.

I have shopped here with their pickup service for a very long time. Every time i go there is a issue - either charged too much or they exchange prducts (which is fine) and not give yu the promo deal (which is not cool). NOW i will NOT shop at Pick N Save pickup because they no longer give receipts. How can I verify my order is correct? They tell me i will receive a email - never received one. I look online at my account, and usually i can see what I ordered - nothing there either. mmm. Is it that other people have complained to about things being incorrect, so this way, you cannot refuse the order if they do not correct the errors? Sorry, I will start going to Walmart or other grocery stores that give you a physical receipt at time of pickup. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shelves are empty and supplies short. And I have yet to have a friendly, cordial employee. Everybody seems to be very unhappy and not willing to help.

Last 4 visits only 1 checkout lane open. 4-5 deep and they never opened another lane. Why have 6-8 lanes and never use them? I spent more time standing in line then actually shopping. Back to festival where they open lanes when 1 gets backed up.
