Kevin did our taxes wrong 2 years in a row which resulted in us owing over $2k. We were issued refunds and a couple years later we got certified letters delivered that the taxes were filed wrong 2 different years and we owed money. It was something to do with the childcare credit. These were basic taxes , working class family. Nothing difficult. Kevin ended up refunding us what we paid him for the 2 years he did our taxes but we had to come up with thousands of dollars , IRS doesn’t care either if you don’t have the money, they wanted it ASAP.

They helped me with my first post-divorce tax return. Very fast, efficient, professional and above all, kind. Mine turned out to be a very simple return, but I felt as though I got all the attention I needed, at a very reasonable price.

They were very helpful with my first tax return after my divorce. I felt like my situation was terribly complicated, with a lot of possible errors if I'd done it myself, but Donovan saw my situation very clearly, was fast, professional and extremely kind. It turned out to be much simpler than I imagined. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been a loyal customer at this place for over 10 years and just recently had the absolute worst experience with the owner! I always paid for the service before my taxes were filed and once in all those years I had to pay after they were filed. So this year I found myself in a situation where I need to pay later and after more than 10 years of loyal business the "owner" is asking for a predated check as a deposit and for a positive review!! Are you kidding me? I'll never use this business ever again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the "owner" is unprofessional and doesn't trust his clients that have been loyal for years! I would rather pay someone else than to deal with this guy's wacked up way of doing business. What a way to treat a long time customer. The owners are "partners" and the only one I dealt with has suddenly gone silent and I get treated rudely, never again.

LL tax service are good people and I like working with them I couldn't file my own taxes this year so I came to them for help and they help me right away and have good communication and good customer service

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They sat down and explained just how the new jobs and taxes act affects me. I wouldn't take my taxes anywhere else but here. Sure - I could possibly save a few bucks going to HR block but I don't want to be audited.
