Wow! Called to change a car for my boss since it stinks like cig smoke, check engine light is on and the rear tire keep losing pressure. Can't find a direct number for issues on their website, so called the main line. Frustrating since it took 18 min to finally speak with someone ONLY to get transferred to the EMERGENCY roadside line which took 1 hour 46 minutes of being on hold. You noted that this was the "emergency" line right? No thanks Hertz... he may be a 5 star member with you but we are going to a different for all future needs. I will move all of my companies business to another vendor. That is horrific.

I love the staff at the Racine location, but on Nov 22nd I rented a car for a week and ended up not needing it past the 1st day so I took it back on a Friday night when they were closed. I've been trying since then to get my refund back. I have called 5 times and every time they say it is on the way - 3 to 5 business days. Still nothing. I am getting so soured on HERTZ. I will probably never use them again even though I've had such great experience with the actual Racine site.

I will just say this. Stuff happens with businesses and in transactions, and I understand that. But yesterday, their employee screamed at me in the parking lot. She may have been stressed about the chain of events that unfolded with them, but that was ridiculous.

The WORST customer service I've ever received in my entire life. The two girls working looked unprofessional, and just rude. My insurance sent me here and I didn't know what to expect, the girl with her hair looking an absolute mess wouldn't even let me finish my sentence without cutting me off. absolutely won't be back especially after I was giving a Nissan. -5 stars
