They closed the doors on & other customers at 7:22 p.m. and it says they close at 8 p.m. on Saturday! I'm done with them! No one deserves that type of service! Hella cars coming up to grab things. It says 8 p.m. Online. On the door it says 7:30. Don't give ur service to them! They don't respect their customers!!!

I’m new to the area. I’ve been to this store at least 3 times. I have never been asked, “may I help you?!” Or “is there is anything I can help you find?”. Their customer service is non existent. I will not be returning.

I purchased contact lenses from here I asked for grey and the woman gave me some honey brown, which I didn't notice until I opened them and could barely see the contacts in the solution that's when I realized they weren't the grey ones I asked for. I brought them back to exchange them with the receipt and because I already opened the box they wouldn't exchange them for me. I won't be going back here again.

The man who owns the store is amazing and very helpful, but the woman owner is rude. I have had more than one incident with her ignoring me at the counter when I'm ready to check out. Today I purchased several items and one item was marked wrong according to her. She had an associate check the price on a similar item, then she basically accused me of switching the price tag. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but I won't continue to shop where I get bad service. I will be most likely buying hair supplies online now. I tried to support local businesses but I won't spend another dime here ever again.

Literally just left the store, yes the braiding hair and a few other supplies I needed was there, and the lady helper was very pleasant, however I literally had to ask the short guy walking the floor was he following me which he was But he said some excuse smh, I wish the store on Durand next to Asian buffet would open back up they knew how to be respectful and still proactive in there store. I only go to this store as a last resort .

Great customer service. I was shocked. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had my four kids with me but I like how they have carts in the store so I could push 2 of my babies around. They have a big selection of wigs and crochet hair. After I install my hair I will leave a review of the hair.
