Outstanding store with great selection. Kerri who helped us could not have been any kinder or more patient. She took so much time to answer all our questions and was absolutely one of the best representatives for Tumi I could imagine. They need to clone her!

We bought six pieces of luggage here for our trip to Europe. The salesperson who waited on us, I think her name was Christina, was very helpful in making suggestions even to the point of suggesting we purchase some thing's from Amazon instead of their store. We were going to do that anyway, though. Some things are overpriced. Also, I had forgotten my umbrella in the store and didn't realize it until I got home. She mailed it to me the next day without any complaints or charges. Excellent service!
Although we have tried out luggage, It also looks very attractive and durable.

I came in with an issue with an older suitcase, and the sales associate Mike was incredibly helpful. I was so impressed! He did everything in his power to help me.

I recently visited the store with high hopes of finding quality products and exceptional service. Regrettably, my experience left me extremely dissatisfied and shocked by the store's practices.Firstly, I was disheartened to discover that they does not offer monogramming services.To make matters worse, my interaction with the store manager was deeply troubling. I encountered behavior that I can only describe as racist. Such discriminatory conduct has no place in any establishment, and it is utterly unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background, ethnicity, or any other characteristic.

We've purchased items here occasionally. Definitely not the same selection as what you find at a regular Tumi store.

I love the store and it's products. This store has the least expensive luggage wallets and purses of any Tumi store out there. From all the high quality wallets this was the least expensive. I spend $70 for a $150 wallet. All the Tumi products have a 5-year guarantee. The luggage is made with ballistic fabric is literally indestructible. I used to sell this product many years ago.
