Huge store with a lot to look at but 3 separate workers were SOO rude and awful! Short responses and acted like we were wasting their time asking a question. Also inconsistent pricing on the same items. Overall pretty disappointed.

Well the store is huge and seemed to have alot. But the customer service is AWFUL! They close at 7 and starting at 6 literally every 5 mins was "attention shoppers the time is now x'oclock and the store is closing in x mins. The registers shut down and cannot process any transactions after 6:59pm" . News flash, ur customers can most likely tell time. You don't have to say it every 5 mins. Also the registers dont "shut off at 659pm. I have been in line at close and been able to check out after 7 so thats hogwash. Its really a put off for your paying customers to be rushed when they want to spend money in your establishment. Also i asked an associate where the dvds were and they didnt even look at me, just pointed in a direction. I will not be shopping here again. I'd rather drive further to the one in Oconomowoc.

This place really needs to get their act together been there 3-4 times to try to pay for an item that they told me that they couldn’t sell the item that was on the sales floor will NEVER and I mean NEVER return and also will most definitely tell everyone that I know not to shop there. Oh and the only reason that I gave them a one star is because it won’t let me give any less

It's very big, mostly clothing in the center, but has a fair amount of furniture (including NEW). Kitchen and electronic sections aren't too bad either. Our second favorite next to Slinger.

Normally love going to this store but everytime we end up with the cashier we had tonight we leave with a sour taste in our mouths. He is super rude, short when you try to talk to him, and refuses to even look at you. Beyond upset about these interactions with him. Tonight he thought it would be a good idea to try and get us out of his line as quick as possible so he could go flirt with his coworkers.

I like the people who work here but I don't like how things have been priced lately. It's not an antique shop. The items were donated. Thrifting is supposed to be about helping people save money. Please speak with your pricers in all sections of the store. So much of this stuff is going to end up in dumpsters unfortunately

Watch employees very closely at the register as you make your purchase and ensure they place every item they charge you for in your bag. I believe they charged me for an item and then had it up again for sale. These cashiers make careless mistakes and are unaccountable. Their mistakes will cost you money. Management is unwilling to help. An old female manager literally said "I'm not going to help you" and refused to look up my purchase because it was "hard to do". I didnt appreciate her accusatory tone and unwillingness to help. A simple friendly "Im afraid theres nothing I can do, I'm really sorry about that" would have sufficed but the fact that there was a way to help she just didnt want to really stinks. They made me feel like by kindly inquiring about my purchase I was attempting to do something fraudulent when in my opinion their failure to ring people up properly is fraudulent and poor cash/merch handling. They fail to create a positive shopping experience that way and lose the trust of the customer. If you charge someone and dont put all the purchased items in the bag that's relative to stealing. The company takes the money while the customer doesn't take the merchandise. If a customer places items on the counter to be rang up properly then they should be! and failure to do so is unacceptable because it creates a poor shopping experience... receipt or no receipt. Those customer dont come back. It defeats the purpose of taking the time to shop and find those special items. I guess since it's just a thrift store they dont care about customer experience. I guess I'll consider my purchase a small donation. It's not about the money, as I'm sure they believe me to have none, but about the principle. After all I thought this was a religious company.

Random items of all kind create a variety that is rarely matched by buying new.

The passion and hard work I see in the cashiers is amazing. But the manager?? What is going on?? For a theft store, where people already think your robbing them of used goods. This is your manager?? She should be managed by those hard working folks at check out. She could probably learn some things. I'm someome that gives things of value, I want to make sure it's being sold by people that care and share the same value. Not angry or rude!I manage a small business, I value my hard workers, their the face of my business. Show some respect for those that go out there way to make your business thrive by donations and give them someone with some respect for the business , rather then someone that looks at this as a chore and doesn't care.

I found out Khadijah is a manager, I thought she was an angry customer. I've seen alot amazing workers there, I'm shocked, all the potential they have there yet this lady is who they call management. Disapointed. Brown Street here I come.
