Once again a great experience at USCC Oshkosh. I hear horror stories of hours long waits and terrible customer service at other cell providers but every time I've gone there, even if something doesn't go quite right the service we get is always outstanding. It helps that the Manager (Lateria) always seems to be there and keeps a close eye on things making sure her customers are being served.

I had U.S cellular from 2015-2018 in the fox valley area. Service was average. I had a sneaky suspicion due to the low level customer service that i received so i screen shot my balance of 0 dollars after I cancelled them. 60 days later it was still closed and a zero balance. 5 years later a collection lowers my credit score a 150 points for an unpaid balance of 79.15$. It took me 6 months to get it removed and I blame the incompetent store workers that day for not logging it correctly.

Signed up for phone service a few months ago and told the rep I would be using the ACP. He said he would sign me up for the business plan since I do independent contract work. A few days later I found out the ACP doesn't work with the business plan and my bill would be much more than I expected to pay. I ended up switching carriers, called US Cellular to see if I could apply the ACP to my account to lower the bill, they said no and that it would take a few billing cycles to apply. Long story short, I was able to get refunded for most (they have a 15? day trial) but I'm still stuck having to pay a bit because the rep signed me up for the incorrect plan, when it should have been free or only a few dollars.

Hi, I have been with Us cellular for approx 20 years. Issac helped me with my issue he knew what to do right away. This young man is a total asset to your store. I waited quit long and watched him interacting with the customers and l told him how impressed l was with his interaction with customers. I told him l would put a good word in for him so GREAT JOB Issac!!!!?

I made an appointment with a staff member.. called in advance when I got their they told me it was there day off...At this point I don't know if it was my fault or there's for driving over....

Returned everything the same day. Gave me a transfer cable instead of a charging cable and told me it's my problem.

Id say zero stars if i could. 4 employees 2 hiding in back one only comes out to check you in and hides again. Waiting over a hour to find out why my phone wont work right. Save your time n money go to cellcom im switchin back when my plans up

dont waste your time. went to get my phone looked at, waited over a hour before i had to leave to go work. only 2 employees on the floor one hiding in back room only came out to check you in and hid again. then i was skipped over for someone more well dressed(im a mill worker in work clothes) this is the 3rd time ive had horrible service there and if nothings fixed around there ill switch back to cellcom. i can hear phone calls when on a call and no phone is probably better than dealing with this place

the lady who helped me was very kind and patient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely reccomend thie location.(she had half red half blonde hair, I didn't catch her name.)

Long line, little patience, poorly trained and argumentative staff. If you want a truely horrible experience, feel free to stop on in!My next review wow... if your going in either plan food for a 4 hour wait eat ahead or do what I did. I had a pizza delivered and fully eaten with still hours to spare waiting. You can make appointments online so... yea... I'll review that next year lol.
