TLDR: Customer service has fallen off a cliff. Go to a different auto parts store.
This has been my go to automotive parts shop in Oshkosh the past few years.
Went in today to get my regular oil change items.
Told Malissa what I needed. She proceeded to grab something different. I interjected and told her I needed the below freezing temperature oil, since we're in Wisconsin. I was met with attitude and was told to grab it myself.
I was also told they don't sell oil drain plug gaskets by her, but rather only the complete set-up. I found the gaskets myself.
This WAS my favorite auto-parts store but will not be going there again.
If you're going to hire staff that don't have knowledge on vehicle maintenance or your inventory, at least make sure they are great at customer service. ?

I stopped by for some AMAM antifreeze, seeing that their window signage advertised a steal of a deal! However, I noticed that deal was only *after* a mail in rebate. Boo! But the gentleman that helped me was more than happy to price match the price that Fleet Farm had them for, so I didn’t have to deal with the rebate! Only giving 4 stars, however, because there was some mild disorganization in the store that could have been a bit better (ice melt and oil dry bags.) From a former Auto Parts GM: thank you! I will be back!

It didn't matter what I wanted to buy. Davie heard what he wanted to hear. I needed front brake pads and I was sold rear pads. They did refund the money.
