Dan and his team were very professional and accommodating throughout the process of selling our house. Dan explained the process thoroughly and laid out expectations for us as sellers right away. He told us what we would need to fix on our end before selling. Which gave us realistic expectations. And he sold our house for what he said we could list it as. We never had to go down in price. The closing process went very smooth and his team made the stress of selling less stressful for our family. We always felt like we could call him if needed with questions or problems etc.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job of selling our mother’s home. When we did the initial on site walk through, he was very thorough with the inspection and asked questions for insight as well as setting realistic expectations. Since we are out of state, he was very diligent keeping open communication with us on progress. He called offering guidance and emailed the appropriate paperwork noting where it needed to be initialed, signed, and dated. Dan and his team were consistently very caring and thoughtful with how they handled the sale (completed in only six weeks!) We highly recommend this realty company.

Dan sold my house for full asking price. He exhibited the utmost in professionalism and responsibility throughout the transaction. Having been a Realtor and currently in a related industry, I know the responsibilities that a real estate agent faces. A Realtor's responsibility is to the integrity of the process and the contract. Dan and his team fulfill this obligation with more knowledge than most other Realtor's on the street. To do this effectively the hard and uncomfortable questions need to be asked. The negative remarks you read here about Dan and his team are from people who were on the other side of the transaction being represented by less talented real estate agents who may have misinformed them to save face. A lot of Realtors are offended when more professional and experienced Brokers call them out on their mistakes and lack of knowledge. They feel it is there job only to make the sale go easy, even at the expense of their own clients and the law. Dan and his team will not do that. They take their responsibilities seriously and do a great job it educating their client on the facts. Can I make this recommendation stronger?

My first impression of Dan Wynveen is that money is more important to him than effective communication, compassion, honor, humility, manners and professionalism. He has yet to repair my first impression.

Horrible experience. Dan as the selling realtor demanded to know why I, as a female was placing the house in my name as a married woman.He made it clear that he would only work with realtor/me if I had a local loan and explained why the loan was in my name only and what was going on with my marriage. This is even with a very sick current owner with a terminal disease who were so worried about their house not selling quickly. He caused nothing but delays.On closing day, he came in late and was acting quite arrogant. I had to ask all questions about sewage payments, property lines, etc. as no info was offered. Mr. Dan offered to alert town of sewage name change. Thought it was a nice gesture. Bill came in for sewage in husbands name!!!!! Not that it truly matters, but he had absolutely no dealings with my husband!!! Everything was in my name!Not to mention, I believe he did not disclose a $5000 issue we had to deal with 4 months after moving...while pregnant!Dan is clearly prejudice in many areas, a liar, woman-hater, and all around slime ball! Do not deal with him!! This does not look like the first review iof something like this as well.Where are the negative stars??!!

Do not ever buy a house or support this clown. If you do not believe everything he does (he is ultra conservative) he will tell you your not a true American. I served this country but Dan has told me I am not an American furthermore this business does not support veterans. Do not sell or buy your house from these people ! I have several better local agents, feel free to contact me privately and I will share

Cassie is amazing! She was amazing at finding EXACTLY what we were looking for and stayed on top of what was new on the market every day. We are thrilled with our new home!
