Tremendous place to stay! Location is great and the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Evening social hour was nice and the breakfast was hot, fresh and varied. Rooms were large and well cared for, the kitchen and large refrigerator with an ice maker made for a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here while a family member received service at the hospital across the street. The rooms were incredibly spacious, the beds cozy, and the amenities were full. I was impressed by the small details in the apartment- a jug for water was chilling in the fridge or tupperware inside the microwave for leftovers. So thoughtful! Highly recommend, especially if you’re intending a longer stay next to the hospital.

Because of the Republican National Convention we couldn’t find a room in Milwaukee when we went to visit my in laws. We went ahead and took a chance on staying about half an hour outside of Milwaukee and after our stay we were so happy we chose Staybridge Suites in Oconomowoc.
From James at the front desk who checked us in to the laundry room that was open to guests by the gym to the daily free buffet breakfast, this place was completely worth it!
Our room was large enough for our family of five, we had two double beds in one room and a pull out sofa in the living area with a full kitchen.
Rooms: Large, clean, very good for families.
Nearby activities: Local minor league baseball team, there’s a nearby lake with a little boardwalk and a downtown area.
Safety: We never felt unsafe during our week long stay.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was free, they had coffee available, during snack time on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays they had a soda fountain.

Stain in tub that potentially can be removed with bleach and scour stick, small TV caused loss of star plus average weekend breakfast.

Decent hotel and friendly staff until I walked in at 7:04(food closes at 7) after a long day and they said sorry no food for you even though I was standing there with a plate and the dinner was still out, very petty, very very petty.. pretty disappointed..

Very nice place to stay clean, convenient to freeway and restaurants ect.
Staff is friendly helpful.
Breakfast daily. They even have a social hour M-W appetizers Sue will pour you a evening drinks
Must try out . Get know James he is sure to make you laugh and enjoy your stay.

Rooms: This is my daughter’s birthday week. First room we were booked to had an issue with the shower draining and the bathroom smelled
Like the shower curtains were sour, and the tub pooled. The replacement room had a dead roach on the door and reported it to the front counter clerk. He later told me he and maintenance thought it might’ve been a water bettle. The next morning after my children returned to the room we noticed a bug crawling on the wall and it turned out to be another roach, but alive

My husband and I (as well as many others on the team) stayed at the hotel for about 3 weeks due to work. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was great, room was great, and James at the front desk was so incredibly nice. He did anything he could to make our stay more enjoyable. He is definitely an asset to this hotel and is a reason people will come back again and again.
