I love going into this boutique! They are constantly rotating in all the new things! Sometimes I just like peruse because the space is so cozy and welcoming. Morgan has created such a lovely space for downtown Oconomowoc! Highly recommend for all your styling and gifting needs.

I came in on Monday with limited time to find a dress for a wedding this upcoming Saturday. I actually had been eyeing one I saw on their Instagram but didn’t end up loving it once I tried it on. The owner offered to pull some options for me and even gathered some from the back that weren’t yet on display. I fell in love with one and appreciated the extra help as my one year old son still must learn to love shopping. :) Thank you!

Went to the store on a slow Thursday. Two sales people couldn’t answer questions on sizes. I was assured that I could return items within 30 days if unworn after explaining that I’m over buying for a photo session. Went to return and was told in-store credit for all returns. I explained this wasn’t shared with me and asked that it he escalated so others don’t run into the same issue. After defending what happened by showing me a small clear sign with small black writing and the writing in my receipt, I explained that those things aren’t visible until after purchase. I was then told it was probably during fall fest and there are new people. All I was looking for is that they acknowledge it would be best for all employees to tell customers and share it with leadership. In the end, an apology was issued, but after defending their store and saying it’s my fault for not seeing the clear sign/receipt, I found it not to hold much weight. Clothes are too high price to not have better customer service.

10/10 - obsessed with everything they carry!! Whenever I am in Oconomowoc I stop by and see what cute things they have. One time I found the most gorgeous picture frame for such a great deal. I love that this boutique is so high quality but also, not overpriced!

Had an impromptu dinner in Oconomowoc and I needed a quick outfit change from work to dinner out. Walked into Fray and asked for help, and I left wearing the perfect dress and shoes for dinner. I couldn't ask for better service.

I really enjoy shopping at Fray. Their new location is spacious and absolutely beautiful inside. Very boho - which is exactly my style. There are so many unique tops and dresses, but the home goods are my particular favorite. I also really love the Aggie B jewelry line they carry - so pretty! I love supporting local and small shops, and this one is one of my favorites!

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this place!! Such cute clothes and accessories. I saw someone rate them low because of the mask situation, there was no problem with that here. So they deserve a great rating! Plan to return for sure!

Cute clothes but the staff is unwelcoming and cold. One of the employees who works there frequently lacks basic customer service skills and makes the shopping experience unpleasant.
