Do not recommend for travelers who are alone or families with children. Party hotel. Not a place for relaxing. Checked out in the middle of the night over safety concerns. People walking hallways, drunk, loud, walls thin can hear TV, music and partying. Tried to change rooms was denied. Called front desk several times for help. No resolution, not the front desk responsibility to maintain safety. I feel bad for the night shift staff. Hotel should consider security and having plan for guests and their staff's safety. Too bad this was a terrible experience, the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is priced well - and is highly appreciated- a few things could easily bump this to a five ?.The bathroom light- popping on full blast on motion- including at 2,3AM- is too modern for me. I don't need a solar blast of light on my way to an AM pee- worse yet my wife's pee.Secondly, the fridge clunks against the wall because it doesn't fit the fridge slot well ( room 107). The Fridge has to be pushed right to close the door-- easy fix.Lastly- the doors closed so loudly- at 645AM to 730 AM every 39 seconds there is a loud bang of doors " sef- closing".

When we first called and made the reservation, Kaziyah was amazing, she was so kind and helpful on the phone with us! We requested to be in the same style room as we had before because we like the layout so much, and she offered to put us in the exact same room we had before! It was great and I was so impressed with how she kept looking for ways to make sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay we could! When we checked in, she was also the team member to greet us at the counter and check us in! Again, Kaziyah was very friendly, kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcomed and was excellent to work with! Throughout our stay we were very impressed with how clean the whole building was! The staff at the breakfast were so nice and helpful. Everyone working there was looking for ways to serve their guests. Food was always stocked, and as we finished eating team members came around asking to take our plates and make sure we had everything we need. We were so impressed with everyone helping in the breakfast area. Lastly the pool was wonderful, we were so pleased to find the water to be nice and warm, and the whole pool and pool area was so clean. Thank you to the team members who keep up and maintain that area. It was wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel! Location is also great with easy access to many restaurants, grocery, coffee, and the highway for quick access to Milwaukee.Rooms: The rooms are great! They are very clean and excellently maintained. The showers feel large and luxurious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the room felt like a home away from home. It was a great place to be, to rest and recharge while on our trip!Food & drinks: The breakfast is excellent, they have hot waffles, and four other rotating hot breakfast items like omelets, sausage, potatoes, and eggs! Everything was very clean, well stocked, and very good!Noteworthy details: The staff is great, their customer service was excellent, from reservation, check-in, breakfast, pool, etc. It was a great experience and the team there works hard to give their guests a great stay.

I stayed briefly for a wedding where the reception was in the ballroom of the hotel. I was really impressed with the room. It was like a residential suite with a full size fridge, dish washer, microwave, and a half stovetop. The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the shower. The bedside tables have two USB and two regular plugs for lots of charging which was super nice. Breakfast was also pretty good. The main thing that stuck out to me however was the complimentary airport shuttle. That was really helpful on my trip back home but it does have limited hours.If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely stay here again!Rooms: Very comfortable and cleanSafety: Doors had an extra locking system and a latch to block opening

Haven't stayed here, but I was with my husband delivering food here. The receptionist wouldn't allow him to leave the food for the customer at the front desk and was very rude to him. He came back outside to call the customer to come down to get his food, as company policy is he can't go up to the room. The receptionist followed him outside, continued berating and antagonizing him. When my husband asked her to stop, she threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the premises. We moved our car to the street and waited for the customer to come, and she continued coming out and watching us until we left.If this is how front desk staff behave, I definitely wouldn't want to stay here.

We had our wedding at Homewood Suites and had a beautiful time. The ballroom is beautiful and able to accommodate a lot of people. The staff were very kind and professional, especially Marlene and her kitchen/bar/dining staff. Marlene helped our day be so successful. She had our timeline and knew when things needed to be done. She checked in with us a few times throughout the night which was appreciated. The bar staff worked their butts off serving our 200 guests. There was a short wait for beverages but people did not mind waiting. They were so professional and got everyone everything they needed. The food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. They gave us so many options to choose from and let us add our own touches to things. We were very fortunate to have such a positive experience and would recommend them for large events.

Stayed here for 2 nights with extended family (had 3 different rooms). Hotel is clean, staff is accommodating and rooms are large.My immediate family had a king suite. Kids slept on pull out couch which was nice. My in-laws had 2 queen bed suite and they also had a pull out couch. Their room was huge. If I were to come back I’d reserve that style room instead. The bedroom area is even big enough for a blow up bed on the floor. This would be a great hotel for bigger families.Pool area is nice and kid said pool was warm.Parking is a little funky as there isn’t any by the main entrance, but we figured out to park near the kitchen area and walk in that back area.Kitchen has a 4 person dining area, which made meals easier. Full size fridge and 2 burner stove top.Close to grocery stores, fast food and the airport. Location is quiet. We would stay here again.Rooms: Rooms are large. Double queen suite can easily fit a blow up mattress on floor. Then there is a pull out couch in living area. Great for larger families.

Kudos to the Manager!!Recommend. Because the staff was great!!They consistently demonstrated that they cared about the customers.The entire Service Team was cheerful. Always a friendly greeting. And a genuine willingness to help.Great experience.

Just came from an event at the venue attached to the hotel. Red, the event coordinator, asked me to wait to get a drink so dinner could get served. I returned to my seat, and when dinner service started, I went back to the bar only to be told I had to wait an hour. I found Red and told her the situation. Her reply was that she knew that was the case but wanted me to be seated. I feel she singled me out. She ruined my evening by her selfishness. She's in the wrong job.

Edit: 09-25-2023 management made up lies to cover up their bedbug problem. When I brought it to their attention they immediately began blaming me and accusing me of bringing those bugs to their property. I did NOT stay at a hotel in Mexico! Shame on you for lying and making that up!Additionally, I can promise you this isn’t over! I will take this as far as I can. This was not about a refund this is about the unsanitary conditions of your property and the disrespect for your guests. I’ve been a Diamond member for years now and never experienced anything like this before. You WILL be hearing back from me very soon that I can promise.Do better! Also it looks horrible that you keep asking me to take down the review. That will absolutely not happen no matter how many times you ask.Read the conversation in the images. They are lying through their teeth to hide the problem!!!!!Clean your disgusting/filthy rooms properly and maybe you wouldn’t be infested!They have a nasty bed bug problem. Reached out to management and never heard back. Just ignore the problem and it’ll go away right? Dont let them put you in room 335.. it’s infested.Edit 10/31/2023You’re a bunch of racists too. Stop saying I was in Mexico that is not true. I never said anything about any other hotel the problem is with your filthy property and no one else’s.

When we arrived we were excited to see the amount of space the room had. Nicely decorated. We had been driving all day. So we went to bed and then could barely sleep because the bed was so hard. Was woken up at 6:30a due to a fire alarm. Then when that was over the room next doors clock alarm was going off and the walls are so thin you could hear it all morning. And as soon as staff starts cleaning all you hear is vacuums. It's a shame because the hotel looks very nice. But when you pay for a good night's rest you'd hope to get that and in this case we did not.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel after researching hotels near Oakcreek Wisconsin. This hotel is a must stay. It’s a new hotel, which is a plus. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The front desk clerk’s were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. Added bonus was my name on the television welcoming us. Thank you for the stay. We will be back.Rooms: Perfect size with everything needed for a comfortable stay.Nearby activities: I love the new development in the area. A lot has changed since I’ve lived there. Plus it’s literally off the parking lot of a store.

The rooms are gorgeous! They have a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, the shower was roomy and the service by their staff was outstanding! The room was very clean, we Will ABSOLUTELY be back!!!Rooms: Full kitchen and very clean!Food & drinks: Full bar with food as well, only downside is they close at 10p on weekends.
