Always a great place to take our furry family to get updated on shots or for kenneling. The docs and staff are really great and caring. Best I've seen. Thank you to all of them. Take your furry family to see them for all your needs.

We have such a sensitive pup that has been seen post care of vaccines with allergic reactions or has done some rec room moments by eating the carpet or furniture — no matter what we are coming in for he is always greeted professionally and he loves his vet techs and seeing the staff and getting treats!! I have called a few times as a worried pet owner just to get a second thought and they’ve always answered my questions and given me home remedies! Yeti loves you all!

Brentwood staff are amazing! We always feel so well cared for, and are so comfortable bringing our lab, Copper, in here for all of his medical needs! Notably, this past visit, Elizabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting Copper in swiftly due to a medical concern. During that same visit, Dr. Brad was so kind and attentive while assisting Copper and addressing all of our concerns! We couldn’t recommend this vet enough!

Our dog suddenly became ill. My husband went to a vet close to our house in Racine (North shore - don't recommend). They took a look at him and the dog and said we can't help you, they didn't even try to help. He panicked, left and headed to Brentwood, he said he walked in and they took a look at the dog, took her away immediately , brought her in the back and started her on an IV right away. Then they made arrangements for another vet hospital because they were fearful of her condition and they didn't have any oxygen on hand. So they called Blue Pearl Hospital and made arrangements for my husband to bring her over there. Time was of the essence . Unknown to us she had congestive heart failure. After great consideration my husband decided to put her to sleep . Brentwood called the next day to follow upon our morkie sweetie. My husband didn't get the call quick enough, but heard the message that they were following up on her health. Brentwood must have followed up with Blue pearl only to learn of her passing. A couple days later my husband came to show me the sympathy card that Brentwood had sent us. These are the kind of people you should trust your pet with- they clearly care about the clients and pets they serve! I appreciate the kindness and compassion.

I would highly recommend you find another veterinarian and avoid this location all together. Especially avoid the vet at this location, Nancy Lindner, for her lack of professionalism, lack of follow up, lack of care, and most likely lack of knowledge as well.
After taking our deeply loved dog here for nearly 5 years, he unfortunately passed away. Prior to this or being aware of his illness, we took him here while he wasn't feeling well. We NEVER had a follow up call to see how he was feeling, we NEVER received a call to review his bloodwork which was the first sign of concern, and we received snarky comments specially from Nancy Lindner while we took our poor dog there who was already sick and causing more undo stress by unnecessarily clipping his nail and making him bleed, while already not feeling well.
Lastly, as our dogs primary veterinarian, we NEVER received a call after they were made aware he passed away. No phone, no card, nothing....Just an automatic cancelation of his follow up appointment.
Extremely disappointing and disheartening, especially as our family dogs primary veterinarian. The ironic part is we received a card and follow up calls from the urgent care and the hospital we took him to only once.
Please avoid this location and I regret ever choosing this vet as her primary care location. Hopefully those that were actually kind to our dog that are there will find a new location.

Our pup just had surgery on her ACL/Meniscus and the level of care that the entire staff gave her was just amazing. It was very stressful for us, but they put us to ease, and helped us through the entire process. Gave us all the guidance and support we needed to help our pup heal and recover properly. We have used Brentwood for 20+ years now. They are the best out there. We highly recommend Brentwood.

We had never been to Brentwood before but had an emergency when one of our dogs tore her CCL on a Friday night. Everyone there was absolutely amazing. Even though we were new patients they were able to efficiently get us in and get her records. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice to both us and our dog. Dr. Osgood was was absolutely above and beyond! He was so gentle with our very scared dog and also quickly relieved our fears. He explained everything in amazing detail. Even though we still have our family vet, we will definitely be using Brentwood for our surgery!

Dr Brad and his staff team are great! Dr Brad knows how to handle strong willed dogs like mine! He is fast, but thorough and takes the time to answer any of our concerns. I know he loves what he does.

Dr. Brad is the best! i have three little dogs and i trust him wholeheartedly with all of them, especially through this pandemic and curbside appointments where we can't go in with our pets at any clinic. he has taken care of three generations of my dogs now and i wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals. i don't have a lot of income but i have learned that trust is the most valuable asset your vet has to offer. i took a short break from brentwood to save a little money and found it was NOT a good decision. Two more things: recently one of my dogs was in distress so i had to see Dr. Graham at brentwood, and he was absolutely terrific too. i couldn't have asked for a better substitute vet when dr. Brad was occupied with another patient. AND, i can't forget the wonderful office staff and technicians who take care of my girls. Please give brentwood the opportunity if you haven't found a vet yet for your pet OR if you're unhappy with your current veterinarian. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU CHOSE BRENTWOOD! (Dr. Brad's father was our family vet going back to the 1960's.)

Brentwood is highly recommended. Thanks to the staff for all they do each day to help their clients and pets. Special thanks to both Dr. Kirstyn Heino and Erin Skroback for their compassion, love and emotional support given to Ginger Michor and family. Your exceptional and thorough care plus empathy provided to all of us on these last days helped comfort our dog during a very difficult time. You went above and beyond and truly cared about Ginger - we will never forget what you did for us.
