I've ordered a few kitchens from this company and the experience has been great. Great customer service by the staff. The communication is really good with the company getting back to me in a timely fashion with any questions I had. The installers are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them.

I could not be happier with the cabinets I just had installed by Zaxx.My house doesn't have a pantry. I had for awhile considered removing a north-facing window and installing extra pantry-type cabinets in my kitchen. When I had hail damage to the north side of my house, it was the perfect time to do it.Ultimately, I went to Zaxx because they had done my cousin's cabinets. Sue in New Richmond was really helpful. The things that were really important to me, she listened. But she also gave me some excellent suggestions.Their prices were very competitive. The timeline occurred as discussed. Communication was great. The installers were very conscientious.The cabinets match my 10+ year old cabinets amazingly well. The quality of the cabinets is, honestly, better than my cabinets. The amount of extra space I have is amazing!Highly recommend Zaxx!

Zaxx Cabinets did a tremendous job in our retired parents new living space. And these were real wood cabinets, unlike the other places we looked for cabinets in the same price range. Highly recommend!

From the begining of the project to the end this company was #1 when it came responsiveness compared to all other subcontractors we worked with throughout our new home build. Susan spent as much time as I needed to help design my beautiful kitchen. She brought her own suggestions and gave me an array of options. The design that was provided allowed me to really see what I would be getting as a final product. Install was on track and final product was quality, unique, and pleasing to the eye! Highly recommend Zaxx.

We’ve worked with Zaxx for two kitchen remodels for our duplex and have recommended them to friends and family. Great that they help come up with a design to maximize use of our small kitchen spaces. Quality cabinets and countertops get ordered and delivered with ease. It’s a cabinet, countertop and design service all in one.

The cabinets we spent almost $14k have a very poor quality finish. In addition, we thought we were getting custom built cabinets, but all we got were pre-fab cabinets put together. We ordered white painted wood, but the paint (if it is paint) has a plasticky fake look and feel to it. Any touch leaves fingerprints, some of which will not come off. In addition, the white wood filler was smeared and not cleaned off properly from the crown moulding (see picture posted). When I complained the owner came out, was a total j*** and told me that it was minimal and that all white painted cabinets do that. Absolutely not true - we have white painted cabinets in our kitchen and white cabinets in our laundry room from Home Depot and they do not show fingerprints. His proposed solution for the crown moulding was to replace and not use wood filler when all that needed to be done was use the wood filler properly and clean it off right away. Installation was poor as well. Large gaps between the cabinets and the wall, large gaps between the granite countertops and the bookcases, gaps in the wine rack, etc. I have also found multiple spots where staples used to build the cabinets came through the sides. When I complained about installation they came back to rig fixes, but installation should be done properly the first time. I would absolutely not recommend this company - save yourself money and stress and just install IKEA cabinets yourself. Following up - months after the last bill was charged to my credit card I received a threatening voicemail telling me that I owed $200 and better pay it by the next day. In spite of claims that they had tried multiple times to contact me, I had not received any calls, voicemails or emails about this issue.

Zaxx cabinets were wonderful to work with. Zack helped us make selections for our custom built home. Susan was fabulous too. They worked with us on the look and helped us stay on budget. We ❤️ Our cabinets! When we finish our basement we will use Zaxx for that as well!!!

From the design phase to installation, the communication was great. We had a very tight time-line for completion on our project and everyone worked together to get it done. We love our new kitchen!

I recently ordered Countryside Cabinets from Zaxx in Burnsville, MN. Upon delivery, I noticed that the quality of the cabinets were very poor so I notified the sales rep and was told that the Countryside rep would need to deal with the issues. It has been nearly a month and I have not heard anything. The boxes of the cabinets I received weren't even glued together and the response from Zaxx is that, "it's like that he [the Countryside rep] won't do anything about it since most of the quality issues are on the backs of the cabinets and once they are installed, you won't even see that." This is unacceptable. I understand that Zaxx is just a rep for Countryside, but they have taken absolutely no responsibility or accountability in this situation. Find another vendor to work with.

Had a few issues with kitchen cabinets ($8500 order) and that is in process to be corrected. One cabinet was missing a shelf and when I called the Maplewood office they instantly jumped to the conclusion that the this particular cabinet did not come with a shelf. After I pushed the issue, I was told that the mfg. found the shelf. I wonder why I didn't get a phone call or e-mail stating that they found it, My main issues was on the sales side. The office I worked with was Maplewood MN. The primary issue was getting information. It was difficult to get them to share 3D models and stain colors so I could match our door, trim, etc. I was told that the stain color was proprietary and I had to take a door to have it color matched. Basically anything related to customer convenience was inconvenient. I have many remodel projects pending and I will think twice before ordering from Zaxx's in the future. I was going to get my counter tops from Zaxx's but decided to pay more else where to avoid the lack of customer service issues. The sales person I worked with knew the product well but anything to do with ship dates, 3D models or stain color was off limits as to any details.
