Always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of their products/services. They will find the best way for your package to be sent. Even help with packing hints. Always enjoy making the trip to the P.O. (never tire of retrieving my p.o.box mail, as invariably I have the wrong set of keys with me.)

This is a great post office. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will make the extra drive here to get stamps or drop off my packages. I only had one package that went missing, but that was not their fault, it was stuck in Illinois, I believe someone took it there, but the New Holstein office tried to look into this for me but didn't have any success.

I am visiting Wisconsin and tried to drop off a few preposted packages for family. We didn't realize the post office closed in the afternoon for the workers to have lunch or go home and milk the cows. We put 2 of the smaller boxes in the box outside which unfortunately filled the box. As we tried to cross the street with arms full of packages, a bald elderly man came out of the post office to yell at us for using the box. Nice guy made my niece cry. If he was watching us struggle with all those packages, he could have at least ask us if we were just dropping off, which we were. We drove to Plymouth to mail the rest. Sorry Jim Bob's coffee break was interupted by us trying to use the post office. I think my family should use UPS for packages.
