I went for the first time today with practically brand new clothes barely or never worn and shoes. I could tell katie had an attitude from the moment I walked in however i decided to give them a chance since i was debating selling or giving them to a pregnant friend. II was told they needed an hr to look at them and I said no problem. I took my son to play next door. When I got the text I went back and katie told me they only liked a few items and so I was offered 2.75 for about 10 clothes and bibs and I was like that's okay I'll give them to my friend instead. I tried to give them the wearable bibs and katie decided to get an attitude and say I'm sure your friend would appreciate those too. I was just going to give them to them for free not take the 10 cents they were offering but with the attitude she had I didn't even bother to correct her and tell her I didn't expect money for them. Worst place ever. DO NOT GO THERE! I have a doctorate and I totally felt judged and discriminated from the moment I set foot in there. Racist and rude and incompetent staff. The girl at the front counter seemed okay but katie definitely should not be employed in a place of customer service. Go to Once Upon a Child to sell clothes if you need to. The staff is much nicer and non-judgemental.

The store is very clean and organized. Clerks are very helpful and polite when you need help. Items I purchased where in great condition and also priced reasonably. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience! The people were super friendly and very reasonable prices. Everything was clean and not cluttered like other retail stores for kids.

Prior to today, I’ve purchased from here a lot and so has my mother. Today coming in, I was bringing in some of my two little ones old clothes and I felt judged as soon as I walked in. Now I’ve never brought in clothes so I came to the front and let the worker know that I had three bags ready for them to look at. Immediately, I was looked at weird and she looked at my shirt, not in my eyes and asked me. Have I been here before. Just felt a little uncomfortable. She proceeded to say they usually accept clothes in a bin and not bags, but she was sure they would accept the clothes in the bag today. When I went to the side of the store ready to give them the clothes, I wasn’t even in a foot away from the door and another worker stopped me while I’m carrying my three bags and asked what sizes are my clothes, I told her they vary. She then says, well if they are infant clothes they won’t stay folded because they are in a bag. They won’t even budge to take it if it won’t stay folded. She also stated they really only take matching sets for infants, which cannot be true because I’ve purchased single shirts and single pants for my children here prior to today. All in all I didn’t even want to waste my time to stay or even let them look at the clothes because I was already uncomfortable, felt like I didn’t belong, I also felt like they didn’t even wanna try and look at my items because I had bags.

One of the cleanest, wonderfully priced childrens resale shops I’ve been too! My child was acting out (terrible two’s) and the worker took a bucket of hotwheels cars and started playing with him on the floor, no questions asked just so I could get a break and shop. Not only are the employee’s so nice and recognize your faces, always greeted friendly when I walk in and I get the BEST compliments on the clothes & shoes I find here for my son. Prices are unbeatable, lots of nice brand named clothing which is always picked through at OUAC. Filled up my punch card already, got 20% off a $100 purchase, saved $20. I will definitely be filling up another punch card, love this place so much!

The store is I feel like it's mostly for kids under 3-4 yrs old there is hardly any toys for toddler boys no paw patrol no turtles no Sonic no SpongeBob or NOTHING trending for that matter! if you like OshKosh this store is for you I do not like they're buying practices at all I would much rather go to ONCE UPON A CHILD it's in the same area and they give you way MORE!! I know what I buy when I buy it and how much and how much are the resale value I keep trying to give this place a chance as I feel bad because it is a smaller business but I'm sorry after my last visit I'm going to be going to ONCE UPON A CHILD ONLY! I'LL donate my items rather to get stiffed!!! I gave it two stars because it's better than none

Waste of my time taking my items that were all neatly organized. For the buyers to look at. .. being told that they were outdated was an insult since the oldest grandchild is just 5. Brand new items I kept here at Grandma's house for extra clothes. And hardly worn! I had boutique dresses that my friends gave me for the girls. I don't think the buyers foes know giid taste.and since when is a sundress with the sand and beach imprinted outdated.i could go on and on.Ruffle Butt swmsuits in excellent condition were passed .I could go on the racks and point out things that were not great but i left and won't be back.. funny thing,I purchased things there for the grandkids and now they weren't good enough to sell backA 12month size suit does not get worn.out except if th
