The ATM now allows you to select how many $50 bills you want and if you want smaller denominations. I never went inside even before the pandemic since the electronic banking is free and convinent. The branch should assign someone to police the property for litter. It is looking trashy right now.”

“Not my bank. I went in to cash a check I received from a person who has a Chase account. Charged $10 fee which was quite ridiculous. However, the staff where friendly, knowledgeable about policies and procedures, and efficient. Would never have an account here personally, but would recommend based on the performance of the staff.”

“Amazing experience today at the New Berlin location. My 4 year old son wanted to take his piggy bank in and exchange the coins. Well, turns out they don’t have coin counters anymore but Arissa (a banker) came around the counter and grabbed the piggy bank and made it happen! They even kept counting after 12pm closing time. This type of customer service is really special, and Arissa went above and beyond for us. Thanks!”
“We have recently been working with the Landmark on Moorland Rd in New Berlin and their customer service has been excellent. We were applying for a HELOC, had to open a new account and had to wire transfer some funds and everything was handled quickly, efficiently and accurately. There were a few issues along the way, and they assisted us in resolving each one. They were extremely patient answering all our questions. Although all the staff was very accommodating, Janel was absolutely outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.”
“The staff at this location are always friendly. For a while I was coming in a lot and they started to recognize me which was fun. They were very helpful when we needed to open a joint account for my husband and I, and making sure we had beneficiaries, etc. I enjoy that they make just enough small talk to help me decompress from my day, and not so much that I feel even more drained than when I walked in. They found the right balance. I appreciate them not making me feel rushed ever (when I’m sure sometimes they’d love nothing more than to tell me to move faster ?).”
