Truck fuel island is usually blocked by people with boats or campers and when told managers do nothing about it. Then when purchasing items you tell "Jim" before he swipes anything that you are using a Fleet reward card. He says ok your good to go.. you start walking away and says you have to pay for it. OK I'm using my fleet reward card and swipe it ag again.. he just stands there. What is that , a credit card both you and other employee say it's a reward card and he still had NO CLUE. Kwik trip do some training of your managers and employees

Beware this place is never stocked. I have been coming to this place, sadly, for the past 4 weeks for work & this place never has KickStarts. Never has good water besides Nature Touch. Always out of Mountain Ice. Never has the fried chicken out, only soggy tenders. The bathrooms are so small that if you are waiting for a toilet to open. You will get hit by a door and wildly enough it tends to be an employee swinging the door open with all their force. Thank god I wear work boots for my job.

This Kwik Trip always has what I am looking for . From beer(s) to Groceries. The prices are FAR better than any local Grocery store too making them a necessary stop whenever I am in town.Friendly and a pleasure to see are all the folks there. Thank you for what you all do.

I went in to get dinner for my kids and I after a long day, I used my Google pay to pay for my items and it declined twice, the cashier then rudely announced to the cashier next to her, loud enough for people in line to hear and after looking at my itemson the counter, " she doesn't have enough money, do I void the transaction." I was appalled and embarrassed and quietly asked to try again and it went through. Then instead of an apology or something she just pushed my items across the counter to me with no words. Definitely not the values I thought kwik trip holds. I unfortunately did not get the cashiers name because I was just upset and wanted to get out of there as fast as I could.
