“Love this place! Very nice, clean facility. No huge crowds, no loud music. If you sign up for personal training, the trainers are excellent--working with principles of functional fitness instead of focusing on machines. My medicare subscription pays for my membership through Silver Sneakers (which the local Y doesn't accept). Accessible 24 hours a day. Highly recommend.”

“Gym reviews are like asking someone what place has the best custard. People often have VERY strong opinions based on their childhood, location, and sometimes just preference (caveat: LeDuc’s has the best custard). But not all gyms are created equal, and certainly not all workout plans yield the same results. I have tried a number of gyms, workout routines, and other habits and hobbies to stay healthy. Most seemed to help for a little bit of time, and then I’d hit a slump. Or I’d get hurt because I didn’t know how to plan a routine and goals. And then it was difficult to stay motivated and even more difficult to stay consistent. Then I found CrossFit. Not only did it end my “I guess I should workout since I made it to the gym” problem, but it also solved the “what should I do now that I’m here” problem. The programming and coaches at CrossFit Rohkeus are truly amazing; that right blend of pushing you to grow, while making sure some of us (like me) don’t end up doing something stupid and getting hurt. Balanced and consistent planning, coaching, and workouts are exactly what you find here. The space is clean, large, and organized. Classes start on time, end on time, and are designed to maximize your workout. If your schedule is like mine (too full), you’ll appreciate how they have created a way to maximize your class time.

And I also found something else that was missing from my workouts – community. Sure, other places had people I recognized, or maybe I would exchange a few words between sets. But what I didn’t have was a sense of community – being known and knowing others. It’s this sense of community that drives consistency; and we all know consistency is how we stay healthy. So, don’t be scared – just show up. We’ve all had a first day at CrossFit and we PROMISE that we’re really excited to share this experience with you. You’ll learn new things, make new friends, and get fitter.

I recognize that reviews are like noses (or custard) – and everyone has a slightly different perspective from their view. Sometimes life feels hard; and sometimes it actually is. “On Point Fitness Club is great. Tom and Nick are excellent trainers (and great guys!) that put together high quality programming. The variety of exercises they throw at you always keeps it entertaining and really builds total body strength. I've bounced around a lot of different fitness routines, and OPFC has by far been my favorite and most consistent. The group classes have a great sense of camaraderie, and it is so easy knowing that all you have to do is show up and Tom and Nick design a great workout for you. If you are just getting started or back to a fitness routine, try some personal sessions and work your way up to the group sessions. The gym is clean and loaded with great equipment and fun people with varying levels of age and fitness. You will not regret giving OPFC a try!”

“Was impressed with the instruction during my first group workout session at Anytime Fitness Wales with trainer Jonny. I’m here to strengthen my muscles. I think this type of exercising is going to make that happen … along with their nutrition ideas and setting realistic goals.So glad I signed up!Update after 3 weeks of membership ....Love Anytime Fitness ! Full service exercise location is conveniently close to home, and open 24/7.I attend the group training 1-hour work-out sessions, which I enjoy since having other people around doing the same exercises helps encourage me. Gotten to know other members with similar goals. A session can be for strength or endurance. Warm-ups, then follow with sets of 5 to 7 target exercises that usually takes up most of the hour.My purpose here is to get stronger, improve muscle. Have now had two body scan assessments -- in my first 3 weeks, I have gained 1% muscle mass. Feeling good. Look forward to my set goals this next year.Equipment is in very good condition, clean. Anytime I wish to be instructed on a particular machine during daytime office hours, staff is available to help. I usually see 2 or 3 staff members present during their daytime office hours.Staff is great. Always eager to assist in my needs, to make sure I use equipment properly and effectively. Everyone is friendly.I am so happy that I joined Anytime Fitness for my healthy future.I definitely recommend AF to anyone like me who needs help keeping exercise goals.”

“I love the heated therapy pool and large windows surrounding both pools that show the trees outside.My only complaint - the hallway floor near the entrance is mopped and wet an hour before closing. I've asked several times for the workers not to wash the floor until after closing. I'm afraid of slipping or of someone older falling. Most of the time there are no cones out warning members.”

“I LOVE this location. It’s spacious, very clean and has new equipment. The staff is friendly. My favorite thing is the free weight station with bumper plates, perfect for deadlifts. They have all the necessary machines like hamstring curl, leg extension, hip adduction/abduction, and a stair master.”

“I was able to meet with Reese, personal trainer, when I signed up for my membership. Reese took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle and my fitness goals. He helped me create a work out plan through the AF app so I can follow a work out plan for 5 days a week, which is my current goal. I highly recommend meeting with Reese. “This location was moved into a nearby space with much more room for equipment, and many new pieces. Love the vibe, very seldom have to wait to get on anything, and generally see the same folks. No hassles, just doing your own thing.Months later, I wouldn't change my thinking...Great capacity! Access to stations is mostly good even with LOTS of folks in the facility!”
