Worst bank ever .. they never have cash!! No tellers .. you deposit a check and half gets deposited and thank God I printed my receipt otherwise I had no proof! Tellers say the same thing I'm sorry.. it took me 4 weeks to get this straightened out! I have so many bad situations at this bank!! Do not bank here!! Stay away!!

The online support is sad. Chase lost and distributed my sensitive information. When tryin to get support Grace B. would not comply with the customer request of talking with a supervisor. There is no course to reprimand this company. Do not use!! You will regret it.

Completely disgusted with the personal bankers here - specifically Jonathan. I am very disappointed with the manipulation tactics that was use to prey on an 18 year old and opening a credit card without their full understanding/knowledge. Do not go to this bank. They are liars and manipulators.

This place is bad ! No longer a bank it’s more of a joke . They’re quick to say just drive down the road to the New Berlin branch , but I live in Muskego not New Berlin . Time to goto one of the other 5 banks in the area . Bye !

This branch is small, and not much of a staff. However, for the limited banking that I do, it's a reasonable fit. I have used both the inside Kiosk, and the outside ATM. There have been occasions when the outside ATM has not been working, but on the last trip it worked fine. It actually looks like a new system.

It's ridiculous! It's just an empty building with an ATM. I used to use that branch all the time and loved the helpful people there! It would be nice if there was at least a drive thru to deposit your money. They should sell the building or knock it down. At least take the sign down! Its no longer a bank!

The ATM problem needs to fixed asap. It's down wayyyyy to often and it's really really irritating. The fact there are 6 other banks on Janesville rd. I'd suggest getting your act together and at most a new fricking ATM.

Drive thru ATM is always out of cash. Very frustrating. Employees are always really nice when bank is open but after hours is very irritating they have been out of cash more than 5 times in the last few months. I get banking is very electronic but you should offer cash as this location has limited resources already.

Made an apt to close my dads account and create an estate account, showed up to apt and they didn’t know/had the wrong time. I had to drop off the paperwork to come back later. Now 3 months later when about to do probate- get the account balance to find out they never transferred the money into the estate/closed his account through legal

We have banked with Chase for 40+ years - can't get into my online account as it says I have changed devices, or some other BS. I can get in to my online banking - or I could this morning - now I can't !! So done with Chase !!

I went to the Muskego Branch today at 2:00 to do a simple ATM transaction. I had an issue and waited for help. I waited 10 minutes and had to sit down in a chair by the loan officers. I need an ankle replacement and can't stand for long. The loan officers were finally done and went to the people that came in after me. I said I needed help and the one said I'll be with everyone shortly. Neither of them said anything to me. I waited a total of 25 minutes and finally left. I drove to the New Berlin Branch 5 miles away. I am so done with Chase Bank after banking at that location for 50 years. Why they got rid of tellers and a drive through is totally annoying. Now transferring all my accounts to a different Muskego bank.

Not sure if this new layout is some sort of Chase test or something, but it’s awful. Just go to a different chase because this one is a lost cause.

I had a great interaction with this site. The employee, Chloe, I interacted with great. She was knowledge and did not waste my time and provided multiple solutions for an issue I was having and waited until I was satisfied.I wish I had an interaction like this every time I go to bank glad this Chase site did just that.
