This particular Ulta location is horrible. I’ve stopped in a hand full of times and was never greeted. Recently, I went in to get new products since it’s been a while that I’ve worn make-up. I asked for assistance in finding a foundation match and while an employee was assisting me I informed her that I’m looking to replace multiple make-up products, but she handed me the foundation I needed and walked off- that was her chance for an up sale. While in the check out line, that same employee came by and asked if I found everything I needed. I was hesitant and said ‘I’m not sure, I hope it looks good’ and instead of her assisting in that moment, she said ‘I’m sure it will look good’. I also tried to schedule a make up appointment and it seems that this location doesn’t have the staff to do it or they just end those services early. I’d certainly visit a diff location from here on.

Horrible customer service!!!! Won’t be returning! My pickup order showed that it was picked up despite the fact I never picked up the order! The Manager insisted that I did repeatedly and didn’t even apologize when she realized that it was their mistake.

How could you not love Ulta? The staff is helpful and always friendly. I'll be sticking to the one in Kenosha from now on, I have never been told I can't use a coupon for Redken Mega Soft shampoo or conditioner.The other day at Ulta in Racine, they wouldn't let me use the coupon on those products. Which are 50$ a piece. So when buying them both they were over 100$

It's funny because my husband normally does the shopping at Ulta for me. But today I decided to go in on my own. I found an associate by the name of Rachel who is absolutely incredibly amazing. She helped me more than the multiple times I had been in before. Being in my fifties and being semi new at putting on foundation etc. I wanted somebody who could explain it to me in terms that I would understand and Rachel did just that. Later met the supervisor, Julie who was just as incredible.

Spent 1.5 hours looking for a lipstick. No one offered to help. When I rung up my stuff , I gave them my phone number and instead they entered someone else's membership # and I wasn't able to get my points added onto MY membership account (didn't realize this until a couple days later when the points didn't show up in my account). I had also wanted to redeem my points and the cashier told me I can't because I didn't tell her before she rung up my stuff.

Hey Corporate,I tried booking a salon appointment online and i wasn't in the books. I called the store and they said the online booking system isn’t corresponding with their books so this has been happening a lot. Please fix! :)

I went to the Salon for post-bleach treatment… Tiffany took wonderful care of me and listened to my concerns and requests and exceeded my vision. She was so gentle and detail oriented. I appreciate how much she listened to me and did not push me to do more than I wanted with my hair. It feels so healthy and hydrated. Thanks Tiffany!

Was greeted by a lifeless, zombie like employee who just wasn’t pleasant and slightly rude. Shelves were not stocked. Had to find multiple alternates of products I wanted due to shelves being empty. Cashier at the register was also as pleasant as an itchy a**hole. I’ll be going to the Pleasant Prairie location from now on. Not one employee in this store knew how to crack a smile or offer help.

Depending on what I need I have to travel. The closest one doesn't have all the things I need so I drive to the one in the next township they usually have more products to choose from.

i’ve been a long-standing customer of this business for years, and appreciate the product selection. however, *every single time* i visit this location, i am followed around the store as i shop. today i was approached at least 5 times within a 10 minute period, even by the same employee. i have given thousands of dollars to this company, but y’all want to assume i’m stealing. i was going to *buy* more things, but felt unwelcome, so i checked out and left. anyone who doesn’t look wealthy and/or white should avoid this location.

Did the drive up delivery for my recent purchase and app made it very easy to do. Love the products but wish they had more in store items than having to have shipped. Also wish that the "free with purchase" came to you when you order online AND pick up at store rather than only recieveing free item if shipped.
