Davina Herron was so nice to talk to! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Davina made my return of some boxes and receiving my XUMO stream boxes very pleasant. Davina was very good at explaining everything and took the time I needed as a 74 old not that great of a techie guy. Thank you Devina.

Spectrum doesn't value their long time customers they only give great deals to new customers after a year was up they went from 29,99 to after posting 71 .oo a month for two lines on cell phones. Then they raised the price of internet from 86.00 to 125.00 alot of other companies are offering alot cheaper services. THEY OFFER REAL GOOD DEALS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. THEY WONT GIVE THOSE DEALS TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS. After posting this reveiw I called them they had a special for two lines for 25 dollars each line for all customers including new ones so I called them they told me I
would have to have two additional lines to get the deal which would put me at paying for four lines. WHAT A BAD DEAL.
