So many better choices to buy beauty and skin care items. They added the smelly Department, took out jewelry department and now I have nowhere to shop for clothes or jewelry. The smell of perfume gives me and many other people migraines. I don't believe it will be profitable for them over time.

They keep all their makeup under lock and key and only the testers are out. There were a couple items I wanted to purchase and I had to wait for an associate to get the products. The associate realizes she doesn’t have the correct keys to get my products and tells me the other associate has the key and she’s in the store room and walks off leaving me standing there. I left, walked one store down to Ulta. Got the products I needed and they were out on the display and I didn’t have to wait for an unbothered employee to help me.

I want in today to find a new fragrance and all new makeup. The young womanvwho helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I left with $400 worth of merchandise and extremely happy. I only wish I got her name so I could give the accolades where due.
