It takes a special person to work here... I TRULY do NOT know how this place has such a high rating. I would rate it a solid 0 if I could. The straight ignorance from their CNAC employees is just beyond me! (CNAC is their in house loan company) Nobody is ever on the same page. You WILL be harassed and told completely different things by different employees. I don't suggest using this place to buy a vehicle. EVER.
Sure, they are soooo nice and polite in the beginning of the process because they obviously want your business but they WILL take advantage of you. They WILL bully you like a child and they will try to intimidate you. Do yourself a favor and read the Wisconsin Laws for repossession of vehicles if you do choose to go this route.
I still have my vehicle but I regret going here whole heartedly. To the rude, inconsiderate employees... Maybe try to be kind once in a while. I get you have a business to run, but we are people too and there's a different way you could go about things. And for the love of God, stop turning people's option to make online payments off!!! This should always be an option regardless of a late payment or not. ?
