I had a screw in my tire and lost air pressure down to 10lbs. My wife and three kids were all in the car, we were on vacation coming home from a later dinner at 730pm. Bumper to Bumper was closed but Rich was there with his garage open. I took a chance and stopped. 5 minutes later, Rich fixed the issue and refused the $40 bucks cash payment i offered him saying send him a Christmas card instead.
