I was just driving by on the highway and my truck had a sudden problem. Helwig’s got me in right away, even 5 minutes before they normally opened. They were able to get the part that was needed quickly and install it. Got me back on the road in 2 hours and very fair price. Great service and friendly people!

I had a screw in one of my tires, I took it out and the tire started leaking. Helwig’s checked it that same day ad ordered a replacement. They installed the replacement two days later, after getting the spare on so I could drive the truck
The tire had to be replaced because the screw was too close to the sidewall. I found out the tire was fairly expensive, so I requested Helwigs to contact my vehicle insurer and see if the insurance had any coverage for the tire. They did and saved me $200 on the replacement tire.
Good service and reliable. We’ve been their customers for10+years.

We recently purchased a used car. Couldn't/wouldn't have done it without the team at Helwig! As always, they were thorough, and then some.
They reviewed CarFax info and the owner's maintenance records, inspected carefully, and documented needed maintenance, with straightforward feedback and advice about what needed to be addressed NOW, what could wait.
Their input was VITAL as we decided to buy or not, what to offer$, etc., and their maintenance gives us confidence in the "new" car.
The total cost came in a lot less than the estimate. (Really!)
The car was ready to roll far sooner than we could have hoped.
Tracy, big thanks for ALWAYS being pleasant and personable during our MANY phone conversations. We appreciate your true patience with our questions--then and now--as we figure out this newfangled car. Thanks for giving a hoot.
