I am so frustrated about calling the pharmacy and talking to the machine. Yesterday I called for a refill and they told be it would be in the pharmacy the next day (today) by 10 am but when I got there it said it was not available. I received a rude comment when I went to the pharmacy saying that it said it wouldn’t be here until 11. My biggest concern was when it would be in. I only have 2 days left. I l know they are busy , but but they still need to be polite. Also it makes more sense to call directly to the employees and not the machine!!!

Used to be the best pharmacy. Not so much lately. Used to have great techs in the pharmacy not so much anymore.

Very helpful! The store is clean and staff very accommodating. The selection of goods for a convenience store is well thought out. Pharmacy goes above and beyond in helping you understand the medications, and the drive though is a plus!

These employees are so rude and hateful. I can’t stand going in there or calling. They have no customer service skills at all. They all apparently really hate their jobs and it shows!

I've had great service at my Walgreens. The staff is great and I get my prescriptions on time. They have helped with my insurance to get some medicine I need approved.
