In December I made an order which was promised before I needed it. it never arrived. I called and asked where it was. They stated it was lost. since I needed the items for a party I reordered with a rush. I got the second orde. Two weeks later the first order arrived. I called to let them know that the original offer arrived. I wanted to make sure I paid for all I received and gave them a credit card at that time. Fast forward to late March. In reviewing my bank card I found an odd charge from Swiss Colony. I attempted to call and got hold times of 30 minutes. Since I had not bought anything in March, I put a stop payment thinking it a fraudulent charge. I had to get a reissued card. I got a letter from Swiss Colony that said I owed money, but there was no invoice or way to pay. still thinking this was a fraudulent charge, I called and got put on hold. call disconnected. Then I called again a week later and got a rude response about how billings were running three months late. How, in the electronic age, does a billing take three months? I called back and talked with a Supervisor who confirmed that they were just running that far behind! 90 days when I gave a credit card the day back so long ago. poor business practices cost me time and stress. I won't buy from this company again!

Really disappointed that the item arrived broken and poorly packaged. It was a gift for a friend to enjoy but they had to throw it away.

Zero stars they deserve, I placed an order on 11/12/2023 in the Swiss Colony website, purchased several expensive tiny food items and I saved the assorted chocolates to give it to my sister on Christmas day, put them in the fridge and when she opened the box of chocolates they were melted and I was so embarrassed she could not enjoy them, I wrote to their customer service and all I got was that " they could not replace the free gift box of chocolates because they were sold out. I will never shop Swiss Colony again

I have used swiss colony for years to get holiday gifts for far away family members. The family is always happy with the products - my complaint is that their website SUCKS! It is very glitchy and I find very difficult to make a payment on their site. Even though I have been a customer for year their website will not recognize the order I made this last holiday season. It is ridiculous

An online order was placed and paid for in mid-November as a gift. A month later, it never arrived. A call determined it was allegedly sent to the wrong person at the wrong address. The agent apologized and said a refund would be issued. Nothing was forthcoming. A month later a follow-up resulted in not one, but two agents calling, each apologizing and saying a refund would be issued. A written confirmation was requested but never received and the promised refund has not arrived. It's been two months since the original order was placed and payment to the merchant issued. FRAUD!

The ham was very salty and didn't taste like ham. The cheese was mushy. The petit fours were tasteless. Chocolate covered peanuts were good. Nothing more to say.

My wife and I decided to send Swiss Colony for Christmas. I sent one to my friend and 1 to my sister. She ordered one for her sister. They charged us for transactions and gave a date for delivery. Well after that it went in the...... My friend got his on time and my sister got hers. A few days later she got another one. I never sent two. Only the one I paid for. Meanwhile my wife's order was still not shipped. Then we got a package from Swiss to our house. It was the one for her sister. After several emails my wife finally got the one shipped to her sister (after Christmas). I got a letter stating I had credit with Swiss and needed to pay them 144.00 dollars. When I messaged Swiss, they stated I ordered 2. Why would I send two and they charged me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There are better companies with better products. See pictures.

I will never order from Swiss Colony again. It had been a few years since I had put an order in. SC allowed me to use my old credit account. I made the order and for ten days the website said paid but not shipped. I was starting to get nervous, so I went ahead and just paid for the order using my credit card instead, thinking this would jump-start the process. They immediately charged my card and then two days later informed me that the products were out of stock and had been out of stock for several days. I contacted CS and they "refunded" my money, however after two weeks I am still not seeing the credit, so I contacted them and was informed that I won't be seeing the refund for 30 days. Not only did they allow me to purchase items that were out of stock, they are keeping my money for 30 days. The main issue here is that it shouldn't take 30 days for a refund and if their website was updated on a regular basis things like this wouldn't happen. This is 2023/24 and it didn't take 30 days to charge my account, it shouldn't take 30 days to get refunded for items they knew weren't there when I was allowed to buy them.

ordered items online with their payment plan for christmas. After over a week I contacted them to find my status and they said oh will ship when you pay 100%. Poor customer service and communication.

Paid the bill (in-full) and the postmark was ahead of the due date. Was charged $12 late charge and went to collections. Thank you for that. Ordered from catalog and didn't receive free gift. This place is a toxic den of thieves. Will be using Figis from now on.

This place have very nice food ideas to give as gifts, they even have sugar free items, gift baskets and boxes that are filled with breakfast items or coffee and pastries, some have meats and cheeses. They are not very expensive and if you catch them at the right time you and get bargain prices and free gifts with your order. The one warning I will give is some of the items are much much smaller in person than they look on line, I assume that is for close up details. Either I missed the part in the description that tells you the size and weight on it was not there. All in all it is great for stocking stuffers or small gifts for coworkers employees or just acquaintances. They come in cute seasonal color boxes....at least for Christmas, so I don't have to wrap them

Ordered for ourselves and two other relatives (seperate addresses) on 12/08 for Christmas. Received two emails of order acknowledgement (12/8 and 12/9). 13 days later, received a letter in mail that order was cancelled (which was dated 12/11). No other contact was made to notify me. Said gift card payment was declined. Called to make payment and discuss expedited shipping, put on hold, then transferred, left on hold 14 minutes. Was stated they would 'see' if they can help with additional expedited shipping costs, then waited more than 10 more minutes and then hung up on. Now I am scrambling to get other gifts to relatives for Christmas. They said they called me - LIE. Said they emailed me of updated status - LIE. They actually sent me a letter via US mail to contact me... unbelievable. Customer for almost 30 years and will NEVER use them again. Avoid Swiss Colony! I will start using Hickory Farms.

SO much smaller than you’d expect, they were tasty cakes but a bit over priced. And the macadamia nut chocolates are rock hard. Cute mouse tin though.

Purchased the Holiday gift box shown. Contains 2 small cheese ( 2 oz) and s small sausages , few pieces of candy, 2oz bag of nuts. All sample size. Not worth the $25 spent.
