“I like they have lower prices on gas and great quality gas. Rating 4 stars because they are not open 24 hrs. Not everyone passes through during "normal" business hours.”

Had just gotten a flat while going 80mph on the freeway back from a weekend vacation. After switching the front drivers side tire to the donut I drove to the nearest Firestone where they said I would have to leave the vehicle overnight. Not an option because home was still 80 miles away and of course I had work the following day.
Called Tires Plus, they said they wouldn’t do anything for two days! I understand being busy and not having availability right away but I use to work in the auto repair industry and if you can’t squeeze in a tire change sometime within 24hrs you are either extremely incompetent or severely understaffed.
Then I remembered Costco has a tire shop. Gave them a call. John answered the phone. Assured me he’d get us back on the road by the evening. Upon arriving John got to business right away. Gave his professional opinion on tire options and recommended we see a movie right next door at the movie theater. After about maybe an hour and twenty minutes into the movie John called and said my vehicle was ready. Amazing!

“Huge shout out to the Sun Prairie Costco tire shop crew!!We experienced a flat tire on the interstate as we were heading home to Illinois.Garrett, Dee and others who were working 08/07/23 were so gracious to fix our tire even though it was right at closing time. They turned what could’ve been a long, stressful night into a 30 minute delay….we’re proud Costco members and want this warehouse to know they have great service in the tire shop! “Had an incredible experience! Staff was pretty busy, however Costco Optical staff was well worth the wait! I had an eye exam previously and they helped me pick out frames, order glasses and contacts and even found me a mail in rebate for the contacts! All staff was kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable!”
