Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. You can’t expect they’ll do what they tell you the first time so be prepared to keep calling eventually they will get it done.

Quick service, excellent products and a pure joy to work with. We (The Old Fashioned) have 13 terminals and get very, very prompt attention. Highly recommend.

We purchased an upgrade to our system at the beginning of 2017. We have had nothing but problems.We have spoke to Bret the owner and Mark the lead Tech, but neither seem very concerned about our business or the problems we have experienced. They are happy to blame the problems on a former employee suggesting the upgrade. We have asked to go back to the previous version of software, but they cannot do that either. Included in the purchase were EMV readers (chip credit cards) we still have not received these. They were happy to take our money, but to date still have not sent a single person to fix our system. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company or dong business with them. Poor quality all around.
