They have most of the materials they sell on hand. They also have nearly every tool you could need for the job. Great place for getting design ideas. The showroom is well lit to help make your color choices spot on.

NuCORE Performance LVP review. We worked with Floor and Decor as they were recommended by our flooring installer on where to get flooring. The communication process by some within the store was great and that encouraged us to place an order for NuCORE Performance LVP as we were told multiple times this flooring is extremely durable and dog friendly. We also purchased custom stair treads that were suppose to match totaling over $10,000.Fast forward to just after install, the price per sq ft was at a lower price, so we asked for a price adjustment. At first the manager was hesitant, but after having to make a special trip to the store to discuss they decided to honor and refunded the difference. Now we make another trip to the store to pick up our custom treads and take them home. One out of the entire order was not damaged. They were great it taking those back, but we decided not to go the route of ordering these as we were told "we can keep ordering them until you have enough that aren't damaged" made us believe the product is junk. The stair treads were suppose to be an exact match to our flooring and they were anything but that. It was a sticker on wood, very cheap for the price we paid. Again, the store was understanding and refunded us for the junk product. Now we are roughly 3 month post install with this flooring that was supposed to have "superior durability" and it is not that. The flooring we installed had a total thickness of 8mm and a 30 mil wear layer. We have dents in our flooring from normal use that is roughly 3 months post install. If I had to compare this product to something, it would be cardboard durability. It is not durable at all. We had engineered flooring in our home prior to this and that stuff was far superior than NuCORE Performance LVP.If I had to do this all over again, I would not be purchasing NuCORE Performance LVP flooring.I hope this review helps others.

Be careful purchasing tile here. I ran out of tile bought in Monona WI and project has been on hold for almost 3 weeks now. Although other stores in IL had it, I was paying more for shipping than the actual tile. Store will not accommodate customers if they run out of product. They have claimed for two weeks that the product has shipped from Baltimore but have no clue where it is or when it’s coming! Horrible experience and the customer is clearly not top priority!

Updating my 1 star review to 5.We had a problem with our custom retread order and customer service worked with us for a return with full refund. The staff thanked me for bringing to light the issue with the 3rd party the retreads are ordered through. We highly recommend the Nucor flooring from Floor and Decor (we love the Honeycomb color floors in the picture).Staff are all very friendly and helpful.Note: Be cautious when ordering the custom retreads to go with vinyl plank flooring. Make sure the staff is clear regarding a perfect match or if they are “coordinated.” As of March 2024, the retreads ordered through their 3rd party is just “coordinated” and don’t really look good (the retreads are on topOf our new honeycomb flooring. Love the floor, not a fan of the coordinated retreads, but very happy with how customer service handled the issue).

Floor and Decor has the most extensive selection of floor coverings I have ever come across! They also have large format tiles as big as 48"x48" and sheets of marble and granite that large. There staff is very j helpful as well. There is one current issue though. There management is holding some sales back by not letting small quantities of clearance items sell at lesser prices.

I had an amazing experience at Floor & Decor. I ordered flooring from a different store and it arrived damaged. 80% of it was unusable. I had family coming in from out of town to install it the next day, so I quickly went to Floor & Decor to look for something in stock. They had a great selection of LVP. Hannah was incredibly helpful in explaining differences between flooring and helping me find the right color, and Jeremiah helped load it into my car. The floor turned out amazing and not a singleplank was damaged. I highly recommend checking out Floor & Decor for your next project! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and staff are very friendly!

Far from impressed with their "Custom Quartz Countertops". We sat with the order specialist at one of their quartz desk areas and played the "Where's the seam" game as he bragged about how "Seamless" they are, as we placed our order. He was nice and professional, so the whole process felt trustworthy and comfortable. They sent the measurement company. The man explained that the cabinets had to be leveled prior to install. No problem. The install took longer than expected because the contracted company had a broken CNC machine. This wasn't a big deal. The day before the install we spent hours with multiple levels to make sure everything was perfect. The installers came out with a giant level and said they weren't level which was hard to believe given they were perfect less than 12 hrs prior. They shimmed one cabinet around a quarter inch on one side which is going to make the flooring install difficult since hiding a gab that big is tricky. They installed the countertop making a hole in the wall with the corner, which made the backsplash install difficult because the countertop was not cut correctly leaving 3/8th" gap between the countertop and the wall with a 1.5"x4" hole. Now for the bigger issues. The countertop is NOT level at the area THEY SHIMMED. The seam is NOT seamless looking and it the filler is degrading. The quartz is chipped weird on the edge and surface. The surface stained easily even though the description states "Quartz countertops are manufactured using both Quartz and resins that make the material heat, scratch and stain-resistant. Quartz has a great impact resistance, so it won’t chip or crack, and sealing or polishing is not required. The non-porous quality of Quartz also makes it highly resistant to germs and bacteria".The edges of the countertop is smooth and polished while the surface is honed and dull.I can't imagine how any of this thing could be addressed without a major inconvenience to us. I'm feeling disappointed in the quality of the product.
