Ordered a locomotive. Catalog said: comes with speaker installed. No speaker. Rep said catalog was a misprint. I could return for refund. Or I could buy a speaker from them for $12. Will not ship me a replacement part which I requested, said they don't have one on hand. I guess keeping my business is not worth $12 to them. Very poor customer service. I guess they don't care.

I have never went thee but they have the best train stuff I ever seen.
I wish I can go there but it's to far away of my home location ??????? but I buy some train cars at the Internet but I wish a another one open in Alabama ? please.

Sent me a damaged product and promised a rush delivery on the replacements. Still waiting on the replacement. They've ignored multiple emails, phone calls, this review etc. About to lose a customer for life and will be filing a complaint with BBB, and attorney generals office. Judging my all the negative customer service reviews they don't care about customers.

Products are fine. It's customer service that is horrible. The wish lists are messed up. I can't move items from one to other. The web site freezes up a lot. I can't get anyone to help me. They don't understand how the lists work. They take forever to get back to you. I have taken my business elsewhere.

They hung up on me before I had my question out. This is not how I remember the family doing business. I had a simple question about trying to find help about where I would go to see if a train set has any value. I grew up with the Walther's and I can not believe they grew this business with service like this.
