They staff was nice that came outside that we dealt with. I didn't like the fact we couldn't go inside and see what kind of exam they did for our puppy. And they couldn't tell us much or explain much over the phone. But it was to be expected I guess for an ER for animals, plus COVID.

A animal surgery at one of Animal Clinic in Wauwatosa that cost me close to $1,000.00. Cost me at West Allis Animal Hospital $300.00. I have four dogs and I immediately pull all four from that clinic. A friend refer me to West Allis Animal Hospital and for the last six years that were all my dogs go. Their staff is friendly from the Animal Tech to the Doctors. Excellent Care!

The staff at West Allis Animal Hospital is fantastic. I've been coming here for years, as well as my family. The staff is always courteous, kind, and efficient. They truly care about the work they do. My parents have also used the boarding facility for their cats and loved it! Dr. Mentjes is great and is always willing to answer questions or concerns. I wouldn't take my furbabies anywhere else!

I've been bringing my dog to WAAH for 14 yrs. I've always received great care and concern for him and his well-being. The staff knows me, knows -my dog and are welcoming and caring whenever we come in. I also have him groomed there and Sue does a great job and takes good care of him while he's there.

I have been bringing my dogs to WAAH for nearly 15 years, since my first pup was only 8 weeks old on a recommendation from a friend. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. The care, the customer service and the expertise of the docs and techs is outstanding!!!
