Beautiful hotel, I didn't stay here so I can't speak to the hotel itself.

We had horrible experience there on night of our 50th wedding anniversary... People in next room were having what sounded like violent fight at 12:30 am (screaming, yelling, banging like someone was being shoved into wall & door). Called desk, they sent security up. About 45 minutes later we called desk again and their response was "the guests agreed to not yell or fight anymore" and I said evidently they decided not to do what they said. I was frightened for person in room getting shoved and for ourselves, couldn't get back to sleep and hotel did nothing for us. We were ready to call police!
Once home we emailed a complaint & was told we could have another evening if we mentioned the managers name - nobody would honor that email.
The hotel and the rooms were beautiful. I wish the employees we dealt with were as kind, polite, and helpful as other guests have experienced.

Wow! I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel. First off…the staff is wonderful! We came in on an overnight flight and we were so tired. We got to the hotel early and they had no problem checking us in. Jack was the first to welcome us with such a warm smile. He was super friendly.
When we would go to the front each and every staff member we came across greeted us with a smile. And Room Service…above and beyond what we expected!!!
The only disappointment…we were not visited by the spirits that are rumored to roam these halls:)

The Pfister Hotel is a true Milwaukee landmark, and a stay here is an experience in itself. From the moment you step into the stunning lobby, you'll be surrounded by the hotel's historic charm and elegance. But what truly sets the Pfister apart is the unforgettable views from the 23rd floor pool area – on a clear day, you can see for miles.
The real magic happens when you retire to your room in the tower. No two rooms are alike, each featuring unique touches that reflect the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. From the plush furnishings to the clever decor, every aspect of the room is designed to make your stay memorable. The restrooms are equally impressive, with luxurious fixtures and amenities that make you feel like you're at a spa.
Whether you're in Milwaukee for business or pleasure, the Pfister Hotel offers an unparalleled blend of history, comfort, and spectacular views. It's an absolute must-stay for anyone looking to experience the best of what the city has to offer.

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, it was like stepping into another time and place. The hospitality here, you will not find anywhere else in the State of Wisconsin.
Greeted at the front desk with two glasses of wine, the bellman escorted us to the parking ramp to retrieve our things and to our room. The main bar has a tremendous variety to choose from. Adjoining restaurants offer top notch food service. In room dining is also available.
The art and historical aspects of this hotel are beyond admirable.
After this, we won't be staying anywhere else when visiting Milwaukee!

I had the most delightful experience at the @thepfisterhotel in Milwaukee. Their afternoon tea was a revelation.
The view, breathtaking in its own right, is almost worth the visit alone. However, it was the exquisite desserts and savory treats that truly captivated me. Not overly sweet—a rare find in the U.S.—the patisserie selection was impeccable.
I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The Tea Butler was exceptionally kind, listening patiently to my comments. I never felt rushed or judged for my attire or hair color, which, regrettably, is not always the case.

Exceptional customer service. Exquisite Victorian interiors with updated multi-million dollar renovations throughout the hotel. Beautiful and grand touches throughout....like walking back into time. The room was excellent and beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake. However, the fans in the bathroom were not working as expected. Extra towels and a blanket were preferred, so after a quick call they were delivered promptly. Drinks on the 23rd floor at the Blu bar lounge was a nice experience. Great eastern view of the lake and surrounding buildings. The pool is also on the 23rd floor. Dinner was delicious and creamy chicken cavatappi served via room service which arrived with 30-35 minutes after ordering. You are treated like a valuable guest for sure here which made it an unforgettable and wonderful experience!

I stayed on the renovated side and it was amazing! The check in was a crazy line that took a while but they served us champagne while we waited. Location was easy access. I walked everywhere I was going.

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Standard hotel room size, maybe a little bigger but not huge. Lobby bar is fun for hanging out with friends. The indoor pool has great views of the lake.

We really enjoyed our anniversary here and with everything in our life at the time, we just needed this time for us and to be special, and I've yet to see another hotel in Wisconsin deliver a white glove service. From the bartenders, to Dina who works at the front desk have soft skills that you just can't teach people these days, they have it or they don't. The energy is always positive and the staff so helpful, I can't thank you guys enough for making our time special! Pfister can teach alot of businesses how to provide a quality service while staying in a class and league of its own! Your team is the best!!!
