Wow, this place is fantastic! Shannon gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. My hair is thick and curly, and most barbers butcher my hair. Shannon is the real deal and truly knows what she's doing. I'm new to the area, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is the best hair salon in Milwaukee.

Heather is great with curly/wavy hair and everyone was very friendly. I haven’t had a hair dresser really understand my hair needs as I have 2B curly/wavy hair, and Heather not only was really efficient- she handled my hair in a way that works well with my texture, and this is the first hair cut I’ve gotten that I really love. The salon is beautifully designed too, very stylish and comfortable, and they’re so accommodating.

Tara is the best! I worry when picking new hair stylists to do my hair since blonde fine hair can be tricky.. but my worries always disappear when I step foot in The Collective. The environment is relaxing and clean. Staff are amazing. Stylists are even better! Definitely recommend coming here for all you blondes out there.Services: Haircut

Cool modern salon. I was looking for a new stylist and decided on The Collective, due to such positive on line reviews. My search is over! Tara did a super job on my thin hair. I'm very pleased with the cut and my new style.

Elevated decor, very modern and urban on par with salons in Chicago. Excellent customer service. I was asked by reception about my hair prior to booking to make sure I was paired with the right stylist. Heather was amazing. She is warm and professional and passionate about hair. I have difficult, thick curly hair and she was amazing. All the stylists are friends in real life and you can feel that in the atmosphere. Best salon in Milwaukee by a long shot.
