I truly HATE this bank!!!!! I will b taking most of my money out... I am at St Luke for medical care for my husband. When I drop him off I run to the bank. Its been 3 weeks. I cannt not tell u how many times I drive up to the atm and TRY to deposit money. its out of service at least it seems to b WHEN I go. I just left right now and AGAIN out of service. So I drove to another one. Guess what OUT OF SERVICE. I wrote another review at the Cudahy branch literally the same thing. Out of service. When u push ppl to use this service, this bank should make sure its in service. I can't alway make it to the branch at there open times so I try to utilize the other services in which they offer. I hate this bank

I took my daughter there to open a business banking account and the Manager was out right racist. She assumed that the paperwork was fake and asked questions irrelevant to what we were looking for ( how did you purchase the business, why do you want to open an account here if the buy is not located here, let me check with loss prevention first and then I’ll get back with you.). I won’t call her out by name but I do feel that she needs to have some follow up training on how to address potential customers. No I did not go back!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've been there a couple of times and everytime a teller named Diane gives me the best service I've ever received at a bank (or anywhere). She's very kind and you can tell she is passionate about helping others.

Friendly staff and service, only thing is they are down to 1 drive thru lane from 2 which means there is often a line but on the other hand the 2nd drive thru lane was made into an ATM lane, so getting out of your car to use the atm in front is no longer necessary ?

PNC has always been very friendly and helpful. One example is when I had porch pirates steak a package. They were unbelievable in helping me recover my money. I have been with them since the came to Milwaukee.

I am loan with pnc bank 2years they did not sent any statement ,When i called need to talk some one 33 min waited very bad customer services.

More than 30 minutes Drive thru,usually 2 windows Drive thru now only 1 ,usually open 830 now 10 am,bad service

Worse PNC branch, I never deal with this kind of Pnc branch.Want to do a work with manager and they asked to wait 20 mins. He was taking in his room and talking person out side of queue, keep us waiting.

Very rude tried to cash check and instead of helping me with options all rude teller said was no,no,no made me feel like 3rd class citizen for not having 3 forms of I'd, then told me not to come back, ridiculous service, teller had no. Class

I deposited one of my paychecks into their ATM at the end of summer 2018, and PNC withdrew it from my account as a "debit adjustment." When I called to ask what happened they told me someone had cashed that same check elsewhere; meaning, someone had stolen my paycheck. PNC refused to do anything about this, and would not return my money. I was on hold with them for weeks receiving different explanations and courses of action from everyone I spoke with. Finally, I spoke with a woman who told me it would be taken care of, but that it could take 6 months to see the refund. It was never refunded, and the debit adjustment has been erased from my statement. PNC has stolen my paycheck. This is a bank I have used and trusted with my money since I was 16, and honestly what they have done is despicable.
