In the middle of the night my card was charged 3 different times over 300$ the manager said it was a mistake and now 14 days later I haven't gotten a single dollar back . They pretty much robbed me in my sleep 2 weeks and no explanation no refund ..every day I call the manager says it takes 14 days to get money back on NY account .14 days later still nothing ..don't trust this hotel they are thief's

I used capital one travel to book a room here for my 3 staff members from out of town. All payments processed on our end fine. But a staff person of the hotel called my colleagues room after 11pm at night waking them up and made an unauthorized charge to their personal card on account for incidentals only for the cost of the room. Not sure if they were trying to scam us or just acting very inappropriate, but we will not be using this location ever again for our business travel needs.

Super walkable location near lots of great options for dinner. I really enjoyed a good breakfast and awesome staff! Manno helped me extend my stay when work schedule changed, and I was glad to spend another night at your hotel!
I will choose this hotel on future visits to Milwaukee.
Walkability: With my vehicle parked in the neighboring garage I was happy to walk to nearby restaurants at night. In less than ten minutes you can reach many options for dinner. I look forward to staying in the future during the work week or with more time to explore on the weekend.

We came here for the GUTS tour for Olivia Rodrigo. As we were going to get our room card, (mind that we booked our room in advanced with two queen beds) they were overbooked. It wasn’t just us, there was a big line too. So we had to wait for 45 minutes until settling on one king bed which made us miss something for the concert. The lights in the room kept flickering which was very annoying and gave me a headache. Also when the lights are off nothing will charge. It only works with the light on, which was horrible. If you come here for a big event, I suggest picking a hotel that doesn’t overbook.

I had a very short stay here for work but it was a great experience. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a tub but the shower was easy to maneuver. The front desk people were very nice and even gave us some snacks and yogurt in the morning before we left, despite it being 5am way before they would usually open. Great place

Great clean place with friendly, helpful staff. Parking is very close but not owned by the hotel.

ANTHONY PITTMAN recent manager AND HIS OBESE BLACK ACCOMPLICE MANO front desk clerk were stealing money from customers and making people who were checking in pay cash saying the credit card machine was down, i stayed at hotel for 2.5 months and the day before i was supposed to leave senior management started to figure out the crimes, they were very disrespectful and made me leave early and all the other guests, the PATTEL FAMILY IN COMPLICIT IN THE SENIOR MANAGEMENTS AGGRESSIVE AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST PAYING GUESTS and also IGNORANT OF HOW TO HIRE SOMEONE WITH OUT CRIMINAL RECORD WITH C-CAP CLEARLY SHOWS ANTHNY PITTMAN IS A LONG TIME AND CURRENT CRIMINAL,

Was fraudulently billed an additional night. Management refuses to respond to calls and emails. Staff couldn't be less concerned or helpful. Beware!

The hotel is in downtown, so not a great choice for family vacation. They view is only parking garage! They don’t have parking! You have to park by yourself in a nearby paid parking place from which you have to walk back to hotel which is very inconvenient during winter. They were very reluctant about the free breakfast. The shelves were out for many items, such as they had cereal but not milk; had pancake batter, not maple syrup !
