My only complaint is will the receptionist ever pick up the phone? I worked with them for months on end but when i need to get ahold of them or communicate they never answer that phone

Received a phone call last week from Samantha about an office position. We set up a time for an interview and she said she would email me a confirmation email. Never received it. Called her for two days, left a message and never received a call back.
