fitness Together Tulsa is a great place to get experience training workouts to meet your fitness goals. James is amazing and has helped me lose 10 pounds and one dress size in five months. He keeps our small group sessions, fun and challenging! I highly recommend Fitness Together ??

Great trainers here. Well above other facilities. As I have started to have some specific needs as I age the programs that have been written for me have really addressed what I needed to improve strength and mobility in specific areas. This is keep me from having surgery that I don’t want to have. Their focus is on giving you as healthy a life as possible. I love it.

FT Small Group Training Sessions are a wonderful way to work out! They are a fun and customized to your own individual level of fitness. They push you hard enough to get you to progress but not so much that you hurt yourself in the process. Krissy is an amazing trainer and has gotten me to the best shape of my life! I’ve lost 20+ lbs of fat and gained an equivalent in muscle. Thank you, Krissy and FT!

I always come home from my FT workouts feeling energized and so happy I went! The small group workouts are great and Krissy does a great job of customizing each exercise to meet the ability of all participants. Everyone is the small group is fun to be with and it makes workouts fun, not a chore!!! I have known both Krissy and Spenser for a long time and they are both great!

I’ve been going here for close to 6 months now and it’s worth it. I started training with Spenser for about 2 months but due to differing schedules I’ve been training with James. Whoever is your trainer, you will be satisfied. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient and will guide you to your goals every step of the way with specific workouts tailored to your wants and needs. This is a very useful program for someone who is uncomfortable working out in public gyms and/or someone who does not know much about fitness. If you decide to go with a personal trainer, prepare to challenge yourself. You will be rewarded both mentally and physically. Thanks James and the rest of the FT staff.

For me Personal Training is the most efficient, safe and effective way of working out. I’ve worked with Spenser at Fitness Together for years and he is able to push me to attain my goals while accommodating for physical limitations when necessary. I have been going to Fitness Together Wauwatosa for 7 1/2 years now. I never thought I would stick with it this long. Spenser H. is the reason and the best trainer I have had-he keeps me focused, interested and working harder than I ever thoughtI could. He pushed/supports you when you don't think you can do one more exericse of something with that increased weight but sure enough you can. He works on what I want to focus on, understands when I don't want to talk about weight loss or food. I gave it 5 stars because of Spenser.

I’ve been going to Fitness Together three times a week since mid January. I love the personalized routines which help me develop various muscle groups in a safe and easy to achieve way. Since I started, I’ve seen steady and measurable improvement in my cardio fitness level as well as improved strength and balance.My trainers are great! Sarah designs my routines and ensures I’m advancing with reps and weights to consistently challenge and improve. James ensures I use proper form and understand which muscles are the target of each exercise. I see Spencer when either Sarah or James is off and he ensures I’m motivated (with humor), challenged, and focused.I used to dread exercising where every minute was eternal, but Sarah, James and Spencer make the sessions challenging, but doable, and my session time seems to pass quickly.I highly recommend Fitness Together and their trainers and want to thank them for making my quest for a healthy body an enjoyable experience.

So glad I decided to go here. Spenser and all the trainers are just the greatest. Know what I need, how to work with me, and how to achieve real results. Totally personable and professional. Workouts are actually fun. I feel so much more healthy overall. Plus, place is really clean.
