Very disappointing. I don't speak English very well and I'm still in school studying it but Mr. Miguel, an employee of said store, treated me so badly. I don't know if I discriminate against myself for being Latina, not speaking English well, or being a lesbian; They tried to help me with the interpretation and the man said that they didn't allow that in the store. I went to UPS and had no problems. I didn't know it was a shipping store only for white American people because I do treat them well. Very bad experience.

Delivery driver couldn't figure out how to deliver to my house when no other delivery driver has ever had a problem. Called to resolve the issue and, after navigating an infuriating and non-customer-friendly call tree, the fedex rep said it's because of "security restrictions at the business," but the delivery address is a residence (not a business) and it's just a normal house... No gate or anything. Speaking with the rep, she said we could submit to have the package held at a nearby facility. She tried and was unable to submit that hold request. She told me i had to do it online. I tried to submit it online but the website gave me an error and told me i couldn't. I told the rep this and she just said, "oh I'm sorry, yeah you have to do it online." I asked to speak with her manager (the call has taken 21 minutes by now)... Waited on hold for 5 minutes. She came back and told me i have to submit it online again. I asked why I couldn't speak with her supervisor and she just said "sorry i can't do that right now". MJ is the name of the representative. She needs to be fired.
FedEx, you have one job! Deliver packages!

Not impressed. Had a package delivered with instructions to bring to garage. Was literally thrown in front of my porch in the rain with the top torn off. Only good part was it was also in a bag and on time.

I live in an apartment building for senior. The delivery persons are so LAZY they will not deliver to individual front door. They leave ALL packages in an unlocked unsecured areas for anyone to walk in and steal packages. Once I know a business uses FedEx for shipping I will no longer do business with said company.

I had an issue with a package and the manager at Fed Ex took the time to investigate above and beyond what they were supposed to do. Despite not getting the outcome I was looking for regarding my package, I was highly impressed with the in person customer service I experienced. I am not sure if this is representative of all workers there but my experience was above average.

I have to go to this FedEx location for work and I am often shipping upwards of 10 packages at a time. Brian behind the counter always greets my colleagues and me with a smile and he is so kind and helpful when working on my shipments.Due to the number and size of my boxes, it often takes a few minutes to get through the shipment, but Brian never makes us feel as though the work is a burden and is friendly throughout the whole process.We are always excited to see that Brian is working when we come through the doors!

They tried to deliver a package that I had to sign for. I wasn't available at that time. I was able to pick it up at their facility later that evening. The clerk there was very pleasant and it took only a few minutes to get my package.

The drivers are lazy. I was literally home all day, and I had to sign the paperwork. The driver didn't even ring or knock on the door. They left a note saying nobody answered. Do a better job next time. I was literally in the house fool. Not using this service in the future. Terrible service and drivers don't deserve to get paid as much as they are now. Lack of communication and patience. I get it, "tis the season" but it ain't if you ain't delivered all the packages to everyone who's actually home to sign it off.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Brian at the front counter. All credit goes to him – he deserves every star. Recently, I had a significant issue with USPS mishandling and losing an important document, leading me to visit FedEx for a solution. Brian's assistance was outstanding; he navigated the situation patiently and listened empathetically as I explained the importance of these documents. After returning home, I realized an error in the recipient's name and promptly went back to the center, not wanting to risk any further complications. Once again, Brian demonstrated exceptional dedication, going above and beyond to correct my mistake. His efforts not only resolved the issue but also left me feeling secure and confident in the correct delivery of the document. Brian exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. Very helpful staff offering useful suggestions/ alternatives. Fedex may be somewhat more expensive than others but reliably delivers on what they say.
