We paid $579 extra to have the furniture delivered inside. The delivery company left it in the parking lot on a pallet. We are trying to get a refund. Not sure about the furniture yet but when you spend $13000 with someone and you pay extra to have it delivered inside a building it's very upsetting when they don't.

Worst experience buying furniture ever. NEVER again. All I have is damaged product and missing items. They blame everything on the manufacturer and nothing gets done. No communication as to when or how things will get replaced. This place is terrible.

We ordered a Hall Tree / Bench furniture set combo from bushfurniture2go side of the business. Found out after the order was placed that it was out of stock for a couple months. Reached out to customer service who elevated my issue as high as possible to take care of me. I got in touch with one of the CEO's of Everything2Go (David). He used every resource to help me - keeping in touch with me almost daily letting me know the progress of everything. Another honorable mention should be Bridgette their Expeditor and Amanda. Their team worked harmoniously and vigorously to serve their customer! It was inspirational to say the least!Half of my order got lost in the mail and they immediately took action to find what I still needed and got it out post-haste. This team was completely unstoppable!I am so thankful to the Everything2Go team and their efforts to serve their customer.Plus- The furniture is pretty high quality for the price. Unbeatable!

Item Number: 110-SFA444 Question: More of an issue than a question. I recently called to purchase an item with the low price guarantee and was told I could not do that ( I was then told that I could not purchase individual pieces although the website states no such stipulation ( Additionally, I was told that I would be unable to return the single piece item, which again, goes against the publication on your website ( Returns & Damage Section) This is very unsettling as many items which tend to be boasted about are not honored or even attempted to be honored. Price match site was " but I was never able to get this far in the conversation with your rep based on the above "caveats" to your products and ordering process. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I ordered a desk from bushfurniture2go.com, an everything2go.com company. Seller processed my card and then emailed me to inform me the desk was sold out. Offered me a different color. I requested a swatch, which took more than 2 weeks to arrive. During those 2 weeks I communicated a couple of times with the seller to advise that the swatch was taking a long time and that I was considering placing the order before that color also sold out. I was told not to worry, but of course, by the time I received the swatch and went to place the order, that color, too was also sold out. OK, people make mistakes, that is not what I am upset about. Rather, the owner David was rude and condescending in his handling of the situation. There is no reason to be rude to a customer when you are the one who messed up! Horrible customer service from rude owner = 1 star BBB review.

We had an issue with the delivery company but David and his staff were able to quickly resolve and remedy the situation to the point that I am now a dedicated and loyal customer of their business for the foreseeable future. This is exactly how businesses ought to operate. I wish OfficeFurtunite2go and their company Everything2Go the best of luck and expect them to continue to succeed and prosper. Thank you David for saving the day!

I purchased a desk from here which turned out to be the wrong configuration they made me jump through hoops to return the item, once I finally got approval, they only gave me partial credit for the desk which they did not once mention during the multiple conversations I had with them.

Worse place to order from. They forgot to shipped my order on time and did not bother to call me. They shipped my order a week after my expected delivery. Will never purchase anything from them again.
