This company sells sub par rebuilt products that will fail! 2 transmission in 3 years each lasting less than 3000 miles!Customer Service is great to get you past the 3 year mark, then it's not our problem it's out of warranty. Even though their product fails time and time again!NEVER SUPPORT OR GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!

I worked 3 months for them, and It was one of the worst jobs I have ever had. It's an embarrassment to say that I have worked for ETE. There's a lot bullying between the coworkers, your car isn't even safe in the jobs parking lot, and if the managers see if you are doing something wrong , they won't come up to you and tell you so you can correct it , they instead go to other people to make fun of you. They have been a lot of stealing too. You are not safe there.

Amazing communication, outstanding customer service. Bought a used engine and Frank went over and beyond from start to finish. Excellent company can only recommend. The engine is running for a year now :)

THE WORST WHOLESALE SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY ..... THERE REP MARC IS A REAL PEICE OF WORK .. I HAVE ASKED ABOUT PRODUCT COST AND AVALIBILITY MANY TIMES AND HAVE TRIED TO USE THERE SERVICES MANY TIMES .... NEVER AVALIBLE FOR PRICE OR PRODUCT OR SYSTEM DOWN PLEASE CALL IN .. THE I CALL THE NUMBER HE GIVES ME AND IT A SPAM NUMBER .... REAL CLASS ACT ... NEVER HAS ANY INFORMATION FOR THE PRODUCT AND VERY RUDE ... I WAS TRING TO BE A CUSTOMER BUT NEVER WILL BE NOW .... OH AND JUST FOR A HEADS UP MY COMPANY I WORK FOR SELLS AT LEAST 100 TRANSMISSIONS A MONTH .. AROUND 400K IN SALES ... SO I MAY HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER TO HAVE BUT I GUESS THEY DONE HAVE TIME FOR PEOPLE LIKE US ...I WILL NEVER TRY AGAIN OR BUY FROM THEM EITHER ....

What an utter embarrassment of a company. Had a shop put in a transmission from ETE only for it to die less than 4 months later. It's clear by their warranty that they don't stand by their product, they pay well under half the cost of labor to reinstall another transmission after it fails. The supervisors are too busy either dealing with all the warranty issues that are surely happening with such poor quality control, or they are just too lazy to get on the phone. Terrible product, terrible quality control, and terrible customer service. If you can get a transmission elsewhere do so, this company should not be in business.

Currently filing a suit in small claims against them. They sent me a bad trans, warrantied it out. 2nd one works but they won't make good and reimburse for the first install.

The people were pretty easy to deal with on the phone for the most part. But have gotten 2 transmission now and both have had issues with them. The warranty side of things is horrible with trying to deal with them.

Purchased remain transmission. Fluid was supposed to come with it. Call in on friday. Said it would be shiped out on monday. Call Wednesday and tim said it did not ship said it be able to pick up friday or saturday. Never did not ship out. Called back and they said no fluid was ever shipped due to i never called. So they said they would call back. Never did I had to call them.so over a week and a half later fuild shipped out. So I have to pay for fluid twice so I can drive the car. I was told by supervisor if I want any money back I would have make a claim. If this is how they treat you when mess up how is it when you need to get warranty done. It looks lick they will leave you hanging and you will have to pay for it out of your pocket. Also none of the people I talked to have respect for the customer.

Stay far away from these crooks. All the positive reviews are from employees which is not what Google reviews is intended for. Urging employees to leave positive reviews to boost ratings is a BIG red flag. Friend worked here years back and it was all about being part of a certain “clique”. If I could rate a 0 I would. Informed junk parts are machined Way past tolerances which is why they warranty more than they sell. Warranty work would come in by the hundreds in a week. They force production at the expense of quality. When cases are junk they ream servo bores on EVERY transmission to repair them. Only transmissions from factory known to have defects are recommended to be reamed. They do it to ALL of them. Also, the bushings that are supposed to be placed in these units should be steel. They use brass bushings. Everyone with mechanical knowledge knows that a steel pin riding on soft brass constantly, eventually wears faster than a steel pin riding in an aluminum case. Electronics should all be replaced. Especially for the prices they charge. Instead, for example on 4L60e units they wash them in parts solvent. Harnesses old and brittle are reused with the same lock-up valves.Then they train employees to tap solenoids on a steel bench and hear for the pintle to move. If you hear it it is considered good. These solenoids have thousands of miles on them. There is no way of telling if it is tired or the bore inside is worn. Separator plates are reused and drilled to place inserts. Shift kits are installed to hide flaws. Employees are way underpaid and they are only concerned in making money for Lawrence’s race car. Do yourself and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
