Omg this store at this location is terrible is so Unfortunate. As I live in the area. The store would have been a convenience for a lot of the people that stay in the area. Management is very terrible at the 60 street location. The employees are always on their phone or their outside hanging out. The outside of the building is neglected. They barely have items and merchandise on their shelves. I even heard that the management family was stealing from the store. They have no security guard there and one of them. Employees was fighting some teenagers once when I was here at the store.and today I want able to used the carts as im.eldery n disable
I hope this store get revamped and better management n service here

Just horrible every single Time I try to call this location they never answer, But when you walk in all the employees sitting at the front goofing around, doing nothing, and the shelves are barley stocked, as if it's not apart of thier job to do anything otherwise! I LIVE ABOUT 5 MILES AWAY, SO it WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE ITEMS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR IS In STOCK BEFORE HAVING TO WASTE TIME AND GAS ON A BLANK TRIP! I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE, AND MADE ME HIGHLY UPSET, WHEN IT ALL COULD BE AVOIDED WITH SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE! We need better management at these stores gm and/or ceo You guys need to come out if the Big Offices and start doing some secret shopping/surprise visit to see what's going on In Your store, because the performance/sales would probably soar even better if you did so!

The store hours are NEVER consistent. During the day they take hours break putting signs on the door saying with no specific time.

Employees are rude!
It's July 16th 2024 about 5pm.
The light skinned guy wore his headphones the whole tome but kept yelling at the customer in front of me because he couldn't hear her. Hat sideways, pants sagging and using profanity like a 2nd language.

They are so inconsistent with the hours. I’ve come here multiple times within business hours and the doors are locked. I’m here now at 7:45 pm and the hours are clearly 8 pm. The employees are on their cell phones just looking lol instead of just explaining what’s happening like I’m wrong for being there. It would be nice to use a “convenient” store in the area.

Don't buy stuff here. I'm a dasher. I was buying things for the customer, and they were out of half the things he wanted. That wasn't a big deal; I know stores have low-stock days, but the next thing was inexcusable. I needed a receipt to complete my order, and they were out of receipt paper and refused to refill it. One of the workers was even talking on the phone about my issue openly to what I assume is a coworker, while the worker who checked me out basically shrugged and refused to even try and figure put a solution. I will never go back to this location for any reason, and frankly, no one should.

Shut it down. They have a bunch of unprofessional thugs working here. They smoke pot on the clock & threaten women. The music selection they have on is about shooting and drug dealing. The managers are not managers they are their coworkers friends. One was swearing and complaining about doing his job to a customer and the manager didn’t say Nothing. I will be not only calling corporate but The Bbb and state of Wisconsin as well. no person should be threatened and made to feel unwelcomed in their neighborhood store where they pay taxes too.

Went to the store at 1pm on a Saturday. Doors locked employees inside building. Employees can to the door and waived me away! Terrible place don't go!

It’s really bad. Never open. N e v e r. It was much better when it first opened. Don’t know why they still show the close and open hours when it never really is open. A waste of time to go to when you even won’t be able to go in for what you need.

They hang up on you when you call to ask a question because "corporate tells them to hang up on customers because of spam calls". It was pouring down raining outside and I simply called and asked do you sell umbrellas. I called twice and was hung up on twice before going in. Per the manager "the customers opioions don't matter" when I said that does not sound right. ?
