This company is everything that is wrong with America...a glorified middleman that produces and contributes nothing other than marking up goods and services which you can find in your local area working with local vendors to help keep your costs down. I heard from many in the area the CEO is reminiscent of Jon Jones.What a joke ....for shame

I thought of recommending this company to my friends and family, especially now since you can’t find toilet tissue in the stores, but I’m glad I didn’t because their unprofessionalism at such a time is unfortunate. I placed an order, after refreshing several times to be sure the product was available, then I called after two days and I was told by Kassie Kochan
Account Specialist that the product wasn’t available until July, therefore, she put a cancellation request in and I placed a verbal order with her for a similar product. I received an email the following day stating that they were unable to cancel the order due to it being shipped out already. Kassie Kochan, the Account Specialist was the one who told me the product was no longer available, but it shipped out. I am displeased because I was charged for 2 seprate products. I requested a refund and I am now waiting for the refund confirmation.

Even though, I was no able to shop there as a regular consumer, the security guard at the gate was super nice and even recommended I word for such a wonderful company.

I agree with previous review. Worst customer service, the sales department too. They need to monitor their call center representatives, they are rude, disrespectful, and hang up. Sounds like rebellious teenagers answering the phone. They refuse to make it right when they mess up the order. And they don't care !

I've worked in Environmental Services (maintenance, housekeeping and laundry) in nursing homes since 1986 and Direct Supply has been in business since 1985 so I've worked with them a long time. They cater to healthcare and have a great group of people who bend over backwards to meet our needs.

Very poor customer service: ordered an item on their website - cumbersome and takes repeated efforts to enter the information. Finally succeeded with placing the order with shipping promised in one day. A couple of days later, the order appeared as cancelled on their website w/o any explanation or attempt to contact me. After calling them, someone got in touch and took the credit card information again, with shipping still promised in one day. Credit card quickly charged but five days later order again appeared as “cancelled†on the website - no attempt to contact me and the salesperson (Kassie) does not respond to phone calls or emails. Would never purchase from them again.

Not sure how this place is still in business with super inflated prices on easily retrievable items. Also offers a program called TELS that cost $75 a month that is absolutely worthless to anybody using it. This company is legitimately a scam.

I do not recommend anyone applying to this place. I went in for an interview for one of their internships. I have NEVER experienced such a rude and unprofessional employer prior to my experience at DS.
