The staff were very nice and professional and I would go back just because the staff were so nice to me and my kids. Rooms are large and clean and beds are comfortable and the location doesn't get much better for downtown.

This hotel is a great budget hotel for a downtown area. ($200 + parking) Lots of stuff nearby. The staff was great. Only issues were the two "queen beds" are full size, not queen size. There was also a pungent smell of weed out front and in the a hallway. Not the fault of the hotel though.

***I would caution coming to this hotel.***I was not pleased with my stay given the bed bug issues I faced and the lack of accountability from the assistant GM. The employee at the front desk at the time of my incident was very accommodating, however this incident should not have occurred at all if the hotel is following their sanitation practices. I should have questioned further when I saw strands of hair on the somewhat put together bed.The way the building is layed out is also strange. It shares a hallway with the 3rd street market where anyone can access, even those that are not staying at the hotel. There can be a lot of foot traffic in this area.If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, and clean stay, this may not be the ideal location for you. The only thing going for this hotel is that it is located downtown. I forgot to mention but there is no valet services. Parking is “complimentary” with the stay, however it is billed with your stay.

The cleanliness in the room was substandard. There were dark brown splattered stains on the wall next to the toilet. (I wonder what those could be?) There was trash between the bed and the nightstand as well as trash behind the garbage can. There were stains on the desk. There was hair and soap scum on the tub. When I reported this to the front desk, the customer service was very poor. He insinuated that we were responsible for the condition of the room. He was bordering hostile. We were given an accessible room and the railings on the shower wall have rust stains running down from them. The condition of the bathroom, the housekeeping and the service were far inferior to what is expected from a Courtyard. Skip this hotel and stay somewhere else.

The manager Allen handled himself very professional...now the young lady named Vanessa was very rude. First off arrived back at the room at 320pm my check out wasn't til 4pm got to the room and the key no longer worked. Walked back down to explain the issue situation and Vanessa needs a few more rounds of customer training but thanks too Allen it was only kept civil because he knew first how to speak to an adult and he knew his job..I really appreciated him stepping in and taking over the situation like a manager should

Special shout out to the valet staff who took amazing care of us during our stay in November and December of 2023. The were friendly, professional, and each of them went out of their way to be good to our dog, Ava. Alex, Alvin, Jordan - I apologize if I missed someone- you rock and we'll be back soon.

I stayed here as a little getaway and I can say was this is amazing and much needed for me to relax. The staff and my Valet Keelon were amazing and very helpful and gave me insight of the many things to do here. I will come again! 1000/10

Stayed here while family attended game at Fiserve Forum. The first impression was when the bellman approached us at the car at entrance. We needed to move a little and he was so pleasant and professional that I liked the hotel immediately. He also helps us with our bags and was just a pleasant positive guy. This was so appreciated after a long drive after a long day of work! His name was Jordan R. The hotel was great! Clean, with breakfast and good coffee in lobby. I was able to watch the game downstairs in a large venue with multipleLOCAL dining options that included several diverse options and ethnicities. Husband and son said the walk to Fiserv wasn’t bad either. What a great place to stay in Milwaukee! So glad we also got to do the Jingle Bell bus which was fascinating to learn about the history of Milwaukee. This happened to start right at this hotel! Excellent experience!

I really like this hotel! It has a pool and it also has something kind of like a mall in the back. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because the TV somehow got on max volume and the remote won't turn it down. So please fix the tvsFood & drinks: At the back there is something that actually used to be a mall which has a lot of food to eat. So I highly recommend checking that out.

The Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee offers exceptional service and comfort. During my stay, Jared, the valet driver, provided outstanding assistance. His professionalism, friendliness, and promptness made the hotel experience even more delightful. This was a great hotel. The people gave us great ideas of where to go and what to do. Our valet, Jared, was kind, patient and courteous with us when we were taking a while and he was busy.Nearby activities: The staff gave great tips of where to go.

First, most people take the time to complain and not to compliment. The following staff members went above and beyond in making our stay a pleasant stay. Jordan R., the Parking attendant, was seriously super attentive and professional. Desiree cleaned the room without being asked and was super observant leaving the room impeccable. Lastly, Nora HK, MANAGER, was very professional. We are very pleased with the service. We will stay.jere again. Thanks!!
