Thanks to the efforts of the Better business Bureau of Wisconsin I was able to receive the amount of my warranty claim with the business I had an issue with and successfully resolve my claim.

I recently had my very 1st experience using BBB. To be honest, I figured it would be a long drawn out issue. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised! I actually submitted the information one day and the next day I received a call from the company I was having an issue with. They were ready and willing to resolve all the issues to my satisfaction. The BBB has stayed on top of the claim since the very beginning by keeping me posted and telling me what I needed to do next. I really feel like they did an awesome job I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Kudos

I couldn't be happier with the support and help from the BBB of Wisconsin.
I tried multiple times to resolve with the business and they simply ignored my complaint and kept call for payment and even sent to a 3rd party bill collector.
BBB of Wisconsin was able to get the business to listen to the compliant and agree to waive the fee. I don't believe it would have been resolved without their support.

The issue was resolved VERY quickly and on a weekend! I'm sure I'll be using again as there are several instances of the same error that the same business doesn't want to admit is wrong and fix tge issue when given the opportunity. Thank you so very much!

Thank you BBB for helping out people resolve issues that would have otherwise taken a turn for the worst! I'm very grateful for your service! I've tried to do this alone and the company that I had my complaint with did not listen even though I had a strong case. Sometimes all you need is a little more leverage. Anyone who is reading this and is wondering if BBB can help resolve an issue with a company that you feel has done you wrong....don't hesitate to give BBB a try before escalating your issue with the courts.
