Don’t rent from Berrada Properties! I’ve killed 7 mice over the past 2 weeks! I’ve called and emailed maintenance multiple times about the situation and no one has returned my calls and emails about fixing the problem. I can’t even sleep comfortably knowing there might be more mice coming in my apartment! Totally...

Roaches mold blood in lobby garbage in the hall ways crack heads stealing mail bums sleeping in the hall worst place I've ever rented in my life.

During my time at berrada my apartment was decent and the area was ok. You do have to provide your own stove & fridge.The only issues were the common areas wasn’t kept up holes in walls, door knobs missing, dog urine and feces in the hallways, mail boxes broken and people stealing your packages.
