I have had so many favorable experiences using this bus service. I often fly Southwest Airlines, which doesn't have service to Madison, so Badger Bus to the MKE airport is a breeze. Seats are very comfortable. Surprised at how much they recline. Ample leg room. Always on time. Friendly drivers. Great value.

Inexpensive rides and always on time, so it’s worth it when comparing to Uber. Usually empty spot so you’ll get an empty seat next to you, and find little stickers that got left behind! Old treasures always seem to be found. Fun times!

Hopefully you are not trying to get anywhere in a timely manner, especially on a weekend. For whatever reason, Badger Bus doesn't employ any in-office staff for weekends, so if your bus is late, you're on your own, kid! Sit and wait! No bus tracker at all. And you can call (even during weekday business hours), and you will still not receive an answer from anyone. "Crystal L" the customer service manager hasn't emailed me back in 3 days, and "Lori Macfarland" the HR manager who is the voice of their automated phone messages also has not gotten back to me.My bus was supposed to leave Milwaukee for Madison at 3:30pm on a Saturday, and it still hadn't shown up by 5:20pm when I finally gave up, because with travel time I was going to miss a concert I paid a lot of money for already. Unreal. Extremely unprofessional behavior from this company.

don't listen to the time they tell you it'll arrive, add 30 minutes to whatever time it says or you'll miss your flight, unfortunately i had to learn this the hard way. really dumb that they would put a time that most likely won't be correct knowing people are going to the airport, thanks a lot badger bus. just pay for the uber, it's worth the extra money.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I was set to go from Milwaukee to Madison, but I had incorrectly bought my ticket for the wrong day. I spoke to a lovely woman in customer service who was able to switch my ticket to the correct day without hassle.The buses were clean, the prices are affordable, and the driver and customer service rep were very professional.5/5

Driver cut me and my family off, nearly hitting us.There customer service is worse. The woman I talked to was rude, had to explain the situation three times and had the attitude of, why are you bothering me with this.Bad company, bad drivers, bad customer service.

We booked Badger Bus for a shuttle bus to and from our wedding and were very pleased! The scheduling process was easy and they were very communicative! Our guests loved having comfortable seats and the drivers were great!

Not bad a stop. Very clean renovated greyhound bus services. Cafe inside, vending machines, lots of chairs for waiting . Clean bathrooms. Go Grey Dog!
